The check in person was great.He greeted me with a smile.The transaction was handled well.The car was just what I ordered.The car was clean and had no damage.The return of the car was just as great.I would definitely recommend Budget rental my friends.

Pleased with everything. However, when advance payment option expired I was not notified and on drop off no one at desk and just a sign posted. Should of had means to know how long person would be gone or way to notify them you were there. Drop off f keys not good enough.
