I always try to shop local. The young man who took care of me was super nice, very helpful. He even carried the battery to my car and took the old one out of the trunk for me to recycle. I've been going there forever! They always have the battery I need and way cheaper than the chain store competition up the street. If they don't have it, they have ordered me one. Got a laptop battery and my phone battery from them too.Highly recommend. Way better than giving Wal-Mart my money!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous with prices that blew the competition away. Best battery. Made in PA. Local owner not a chain or box store.Always buy my batteries here and never have an issue unless someone doesn't take care of it like the sales kid says to.

Sold me a junk battery that left me stranded 1 day after purchase so I had to buy another battery from auto zone that was right buy were I was now they won't give me a refund for the defective product never again go to a reputable store not this hole in the wall junk seller

I've been going to battery outlet for decades. Such an awesome place to get batteries. ANY batteries, not just car batteries. Coin batteries. Emergency light batteries, tractor batteries, flashlight batteries. Etc. The owner is so polite and personable. And prices are incredibly reasonable. Customer for life!

They always have the tractor or mower battery we need. Very helpful. Removes old one and puts the new one in my car. I don't have to carry them.

Poor phone service. The building looks like something out of a third world country. Seriously, it takes about $50 to buy some mortar and parge the front of your building and a zoo koala could do it. Got some phone batteries years ago that were mediocre, not great. Tried to call about a car battery, I'll just go to Wal-Mart...
