walked into store with key fob in my hand. A representative walked over to me and asked if I need a battery. I said yes and he took the fob from me. In less than 5 minutes he met me at the register with a very reasonable chage. Since then I have used Batteries plus for cell phone repair in Portand , Me Same excellant service . We are your customer for life

I got the screen on my phone replaced here and 18 hours after having it back I placed it on my counter and it cracked again. It was not thrown or hit or anything else that would've obviously caused damage. I believe there was a weak spot in the glass but the store refused to fix again without us paying another $250. The battery was also replaced when they replaced the screen and it wasn't holding a charge any longer than it had been before it was replaced. The battery that was in it before was the original and over 5 years old.

The manager on duty, Jason, went above and beyond to help with creating a spare car key. Many people told me it couldn't be done for my particular make/model of car, but Jason kept taking a crack at it and eventually solved it. Very happy with my experience.

I wasn’t aware of this store until I started an internet search for auto batteries; I purchased a great battery with the same CCA as others for way cheaper. The battery was waiting for me at the counter and the personable associate checked me out quickly.

The is service is fast, friendly, and at a reasonable price. I have gotten new batteries for a cell phone there, several batteries for my car, key fob, and simple service on my cell phone. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Called to get a new battery in my car. They were great on the phone, said they had the battery, and told me to come in whenever. I came in about 25 minutes later and they helped me immediately and without any hassle. Took 5 minutes. So helpful and the battery worked perfectly.

My 2016 f250 had the original battery and I stopped to have it tested. I was told how lucky I was, the load test drained my battery. I was given several choices, so I bought one with 36 month warranty. Installation was professional and fast. I highly recommend Batteries Plus!
