Been an automatic customer with this company for 2 years! I have had no problems with them whatsoever. They did a safety check and the field technician made a complimentary fix. They also put a tank meter on my tank and an app on my phone lets me know the amount of propane in my tank. They have never let me run out of propane at anytime. Very reliable! Outstanding customer service! Low reasonable rates!

Well tried to go with this company not a problem had to do safety check drive did safety check and we passed. Only thing is tank is 9'9" to close to our central air unit needs to be 10' So they failed me. That tank has been there since 2003. Then the guy could lite our heater pilot light again. Very safety minded company but not prepared company. Would not recommend them at all. Amazing been using this set upFor all these years and never blew up yet

Best service ever! I had a concern about my propane level after hours I spoke with Jeff. He was amazing he helped me talk through my issue when I panicked about my gas almost running out. He made a phone call to make sure that someone will come on Monday. He saved me from having to pay an emergency delivery fee. He went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. I really appreciate this company and not just that. SweetWater Propane Company also provides budget billing which is a great benefit to customers.

We just moved to the area and needed our tank filled. After calling around, we settled on Sweetwater. The customer service is great. They were at our house within a week to do a leak test, and filled the tank the next day. Our tank was at 20% so we had plenty of time. We got an additional discount because they did our neighbors tank as well. It was an easy painless experience and we will definitely be going back.

Not willing to work with customers who have a job. Cant do a leak test pass 2:30pm even though there hours say 4:30pm

I never write reviews, but this is the most honest and trust worthy propane company out there. I truly believe they live by the faith they advertise on their trucks. They made a simple repair on my tank when others were trying to sell me a new one. They have some of the best prices around and are always on time for delivery. I can't say enough good things about them and tell everyone I know to switch to them!

We have used Sweetwater propane for four years and they have been excellent. We are set up for auto fill and auto pay so it’s so easy! When the tank was recently filled, I thought the price is going to go up. Fuel prices are currently surging. The price was lower when we received the invoice! I couldn’t believe it. They could have so easily gouged us! Thank you.

I have to admit this is unusual for SWP. But has this ever happened to anyone before? I called Mon. and scheduled a delivery. They showed up today after 430pm. then left. So I went to check the meter and to my surprise it was still below 20%. Do you think he ran out? Part 2. I’m delighted to say they came back early this morning. He said he ran out. I thanked him for coming back early on a Saturday. I guess there’s a first time for everything.

Aside from having some of the lowest rates around, these guys are awesome. I love that they're a Christian-run company, but today they impressed me to the point I wanted to share. With our power going out and generator kicking on, I checked our tanks because I knew they were getting low. I called Sweetwater and let them know we were at 6% remaining and they said they would have someone out tomorrow. 3 hours later, there's a truck filling us up. From the time we switched to Sweetwater years ago, they just seem to always go above and beyond. Thanks, Sweetwater!

Used the self serve kiosk at Ebenezer's for the first time today. While convenient and priced well, the tank was filthy- full of gunk and someone elses grill grease. I dont want that all over my deck!!! Almost didnt want to take it. Guess i will try to scrub it myself.

Fast delivery, competitive price ( about 1/3 lower than big name company in Lancaster area), Lisa is polite and professional. why don't call them?
