Very poor customer service & zero communication on outstanding orders for my clients. For over two months, Dell Sauder/owner not respond to emails, text messages & showroom visits about outstanding orders. He gave false information regarding shipping & delivery dates.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No return calls, 3 month wait, my furniture was "lost" in shipping. I ended up having to cancel my order.

Very slow service, no return calls. Was told 2 weeks but didn't come in for ~6 weeks. Hard to schedule, poor communication. Issue with scratches, no response.

Gave a 1 star bc we got there after driving almost 1 hr and the place was closed. Had a sign taped to the door that it was closed for Good Friday. Tried calling to check but the call kept cutting off, would ring a few times and then drop.According to the site, it's open on fridays. Shame shame . Should update when it closed.

Not a huge selection to peruse here. No desks with top, flat drawers for the "north of [age] 45" set (I am). I visited to try to locate a desk for my classroom since the one my school has provided for the upcoming year has duct tape along the edge closest to me. The tape protects the person using the desk from a series of jagged chips in the edge that could snag clothing and/ or nick skin. I saw one desk under $189.... $89 and that was a wooden desk that looked tired but it wasn't awful. It just wasn't what I needed. I saw several really nice desks and credenzas plus various other items such as lockers, desk chairs, shelf units, and file cabinets (2- & 4-drawer). The person minding the store directed us to the appropriate areas of the store based on our description of what we were looking for. His choice in staying seated may have been rooted in knowing that he didn't have what we described. If I were trying to outfit a new office, I would return to shop here because many items were in very good condition or new. To me, the prices seemed above average, but I rarely shop for this type of thing. I looked at Garden Spot Furniture down the road and didn't find what I sought there either; inventory changes daily at GSF so I will check back soon. The prices at GSF are better, IMO.

Ordered furniture and cubicles from them in February. We were promised one and a half month lead time. After six months of calling after them to find out where our order is at, they still don't have an answer for us. It took two weeks for them to return my calls after each missed date. Finally had to go in to their showroom to talk to them, but they still wouldn't give me an answer. Definitely would not recommend Nolt's if you are in the market for new furniture or cubicles. Only buy what you can take with you from their showroom.

The furniture is good quality, but just be aware that you might have to reach out to them several times before you have your pieces and will have to double check the measurements when they do arrive. I gave it a 3 star rating because although we love the furniture, we were extremely disappointed that Nolt's failed to meet the deadlines they held themselves to. They apologized, but it meant nothing by the third time they did it.
We ordered 3 desk sets in November and were expecting to move into our new office by early January. We had no choice but to postpone the opening date to our new office because they changed the delivery date on us multiple times. The pieces did not arrive until February, after following up with them for weeks and being told the pieces were "on the truck," only to be told a week later they were still in their Canada warehouse. When the pieces finally arrived, all 3 desks were 10 inches longer than what was indicated on our measurements, which took another 2 weeks to fix.
It appears we're not the only office to have this issue with Nolt's, and they don't seem to have improved based on prior feedback. Because of our experience, I would not recommend them.
