Guy up front couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. The actual mechanic, "Westy" was an unprofessional jerk. He called me to ask if I could come over so he could show me the issues, but managed to also complain about having to stop what he was doing, take that car off the lift, put mine up, then repeat to get back to work. I took what he said into account and tried to be considerate by coming later on in the day. Well, "Westy" decided to take off early to get his labor day vacation started. Not even a call to let me know. I then rescheduled for Tuesday when he was supposed to be back. Surprise surprise, he wasn't there AGAIN. Then he called to berate me as if I did something wrong, and demanded I remove my car from his lot. Congratulations on having THE WORST customer service ever.

I was referred to Hagys as a garage that I can trust and so glad I went! Took my Honda to be inspected both last year and this year and am so impressed!! Sadly I've been taken advantage of for years by numerous garages who charge high bills and unnecessary, poor service. Not so with Hagys! From the first phone call with Wes, I knew I had finally found a garage I can trust. This is priceless. Fast, efficient, friendly, reasonable, trustworthy service!! I am so pleased!! I actually didn't need auto parts but needed to find another business with a similar name. The guy at the counter was super friendly and the woman who helped with the address and directions was very friendly as well.
