Great shop, and cool employees. I visited this place on a whim while out looking for bmx for a pump track and I ended up with a GT. They left me take it for a test ride around the area and I ended up purchasing it. Before the purchase one of the mechanics looked it over, and corrected any issues. So far the bike performs as it should, and I'm happy with the purchase and interaction from this shop. If your in the area check this place out before going to the "others".

These guys are great! I have them work on my carts when I need new tires, tubes, etc. and they never bat an eye at the weird carts I bring in. Always answer my questions and are super helpful. Also set me up with my Thule kayak rack when I got it. Would not hesitate to do business with them.

STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU NEED REPAIRS. Not being a local, I was shocked at the condescending, dismissive way I was treated. They refused when I asked, to even describe what "repairs" they did to my bike. I tried calling them and was hung up on several times. I had to find out later FROM MY BANK when I stopped payment, the mistruths they claimed about my bike and the state it was in. They will fix things that don't need fixing, and dismiss your requests for legitimate repairs. ME: The front caliper is sticking. The left pad is pressed against the rim when I squeeze the brakes, it's literally visible. GOODY: There's nothing wrong with it. JENNIFER: The bike was "extremely" rusted. ME: The bike was always kept indoors and has ZERO rust having been constantly maintained. Afraid to use my bike, I took it to another shop outside of Philadelphia where the owner went through every test and detail with me as an honest repairman should. Stay away from Green Mountain Cyclery.

After stopping at two other local bike stores this morning, we landed here and had a wonderful experience! A great balance between knowledge and friendliness. Love the bike I purchased! Took it for a 30 mile ride this evening and couldn’t be more satisfied!

This is the best damn bike company in the Susquehanna valley. I have tried to call bicycle shops in Lebanon pa and the customer service is just outright horrible. Not these guys! Mike and the gang will get your old beater bike fixed up in no time ready to hit the road or trails. They helped me over the last year and a half to fill my motorized bike desires. Some of the stuff I couldn't physically do because of my health. They have even delivered stuff to my house and family buisness. And they have also done some other incredible favors for me as well that are great. If you have trouble with your bike, do not be afraid to call these guys. Mike, Goody, Kirk and Daniel are excellent people. Very friendly staff and I will continue to do buisness with them. Thanks guys!!

Very smooth transaction, dropped the bike off two days later received a text and picked the bike up. The mechanic is knowledgeable and very detailed in his work and the repair cost was very reasonable. This shop is near where we live so no travel was needed for first class workmanship.

Only place/people I trust with my bikes. Always ready to help and go the extra mile. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly about biking especially for beginners. Just ask someone, they won’t judge you - they will help you find the best solution based on your needs. Bought two bikes here and will be back for more.

The guys at Green Mountain Cyclery are great. I’ve been using them since I got my first mountain bike 10 years ago. They have a good show going on. I had some issues with my new bike very recently and Zach took care of it quick and cheap.Zach specifically.. but all the guys there are super knowledgeable and friendly. I’d 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike or get a bike worked on.
