5402 Chestnut St, Emmaus“Eric and Jared went above and beyond for my now husband and my wedding. The venue space was an incredible step back in time, and supplied a one stop shop making planning a wedding a breeze. Nothing but great things to say about the venue including some of the best food service to be found at a wedding. Nothing but great reviews from everyone that attended.”

“Absolutely STUNNING. Beautiful venue, super cozy, extremely friendly staff. Elizabeth, the Owner, treats everyone, guests and staff, like family. This is our newest favorite place to chill.”
“I would leave 7 stars if I could. I hosted my mother's surprise 60th at this venue and I will forever sing the praises of Monterre. This all-inclusive venue is beautiful and clean, the food is fantastic, and the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. Now when I say "fantastic food," I mean it; The portions are large, ingredients are fresh, quality is stellar, and the flavor...chef's kiss! Far too often, venue food is tragically disappointing, but not at Monterre. Not by a long shot! I would even go so far as to say that Monterre's food outshines many restaurants in the area. Growing up, my parents taught me that guests will forget most of what they experience at an event, but (for good or bad) they will always remember the food. Well, Monterre's food is worth remembering. Also, the fact that this is an all-inclusive venue is not to be overlooked. The venue's ability to provide the majority of what we needed for the event simplified the planning process and significantly reduced my stress level. Highly recommend!”

Anything we needed they accommodated our request. Always available and we’re over the top in customer service. The hotel was 5 stars. We are so pleased and definitely would recommend any affair at The Centennial. Can’t say enough about everything they did to make our party, “The Party “.”

45 W North St, Bethlehem“This is one of only two hotels in historic bethlehem. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Easy walking distance to most there's a lot of positives here. I'll mention a few of the negative takeaways. The breakfast is as you would expect, mostly microwave foods there's no grills or ovens there apparently. So just keep your expectations in check the staff was very friendly no complaints there. The room was clean we had a sitting area in ours that had a desk. The shower was only 2 ft wide so it was a little cramped. Their room service is only every other day, so keep that in mind. And they only change out the Linens twice a week. There is a multi-level garage across the street from the hotel that you park at $12 a day. Our room was $300 a night, so expectations were a little high. I'm a coffee drinker so it was a pleasant surprise at the coffee was decent quality and they did have flavored creamers.”

“My family & I had an outstanding stay at this resort! We stayed on our way up to NY and on the way back home from NY in the month of July (2024). It was extremely clean, and the pools and hot tubs were fantastic. The inclusive activities kept us entertained throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and the customer service was the best I've ever experienced. Highly recommend! I loved that hiking trails, kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats, pools & hot tubs were included in our stay!! They had an indoor pool & hot tub in addition to outdoor ones!! We ordered dinner to-go from The Grille and it was excellent!! We will be back for sure!! The staff were top notch too and so accommodating! Thank you!”
“Grew up with birthday parties here - last time was in 2008 - we had one last hoorah, played laser tag, came out and played the Terminator 2 arcade game, ate pizza, had fun and called it quits on a high note with Planet Trog...I hope it's still the same fun today as when we left it 15 years ago.”

“I purchased a groupon in advance for a 2-person jump pass, which was reasonably priced and easy to redeem. I brought my 6-year-old son, and we both had a blast. It wasn't too crowded, and everyone there was bouncing safely/respectfully. (many of them were older and larger than my little guy) the staff and older kids even let him join in on their intense dodgeball game and he was SO EXCITED that they didnt just ignore him or tell him he was too small. He did so well, one of the kids on staff gave him a pass to come back and jump again! It made his whole week! What a great way to let him burn some of that endless energy on a rainy day. Would highly recommend.”
“My sister used this caterer for a funeral lunch that was served in my home. The food arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and best of all, was absolutely delicious! The croissants were a crowd pleaser, the Caesar salad crisp & tasty, the fruit was so fresh, but the blueberry lemon almond cookies stole the show! If you need a caterer, drive out to their location & talk to the owner. They are very busy & can't always answer the phone. They're worth the trouble it will take.”
