First they take tricare, then they don’t - I’ve had prescriptions filled here but they just stopped accepting tricare. They aren’t super helpful, but what pharmacy is anymore. Just avoid if you can. I wish I could depend on the local businesses but you can’t even do that anymore. So completely disappointed.Edited to add: I asked about when they stopped taking tricare and they were no help. For what it’s worth, I called Rite Aid down the road to call them to get it (since apparently they can’t just send it to them?) and they made the process much easier. I won’t be back here.

I switched one of my prescriptions back to dougs pharmacy and they have been amazing. It gets filled in a reasonable amount of time. So far they have had my medicine in stock and they are cheaper than anyone else's around. They have worked with me very well.

Horrible people who only care about money. Told my grama my insurance wasn’t going to pay for my medication (which is a lie because I just spoke to my insurance company) when my grama asked the woman there to speak to me to explain what was going on (I was on the phone with her while this was happening) she said no and then told her if she didn’t pay full price for it right then and there they were going to put it back because other people who are willing to pay full price are waiting for it…. So basically they just stole $70 from an elderly woman ??

Excellent service! The staff really goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. My child needed a compounded medication and the pharmacy that insurance forced us to get it from wasn't able to fill the prescription and didn’t tell us until the last minute. Doug's was able to quickly compound the prescription so that my child had the medication they needed. If rhe insurance companies weren't so crooked and forcing us to go to their service, I would get all my medication here.

Terrible, if you received a wrong Medicine, they will made you pay for it, if not they will not mail you the right one, because ' they can't use that medicine anymore' that's what they told me.

Really bad experience. I received a wrong refill medicine, so I called Doug’s family pharmacy, they told me they will send me the right one but I have to pay both of the bill. I told them that I can mail the wrong one back but I’m only going to pay the one I wanted. This is not my fault, the doctor’s office put the refill prescription, I didn’t. the fault is between pharmacy and doctor’s office. After back and forth a long time including with the doctor’s office, they decide they are not going to charge me the wrong medicine. A funny thing is a guy says his name is Doug, I ask him if he want me to send the medicine back to them, he said definitely! when I ask him where and how do you want me to send back then he told me just throw it away because they can’t use it anymore, and he have to pay the mailing too, and he said that he lost 50 dollar because of me. The medicine only $15.02 how could you lose 50? And he want me to find another pharmacy. Well this is for sure! I don’t care about 15 dollar, I care about how they deal with this situation. I have to tell this story, because I don’t want any other people got the same situation. If this could help you out I would love to hear about it.

If you can, skip the convenient drive thru, and journey inside Doug’s pharmacy. The cozy gift shop has many nice and unique items to catch your eye! I rarely leave with just the prescriptions I came in for. The staff is friendly and the service is always nice. Five stars!!

If there was a zero star rating I'd giv u guys tht. U hav absolutely th worst service I ever saw!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend absolutely no one to these guys!!!!!!!!!! So my plan is set up on auto refill &we never get r meds . We call after thn. &sometimes it takes 3 calls til they agree tht we need them. Like in th first place we should never hav to call. &in the second they should cooperate when we do call.TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Doug's Family Pharmacy for over 25 years. I have gotten exceptional service always. Doug has been very helpful with any drug or nutritional question that I have. Everyone there is so friendly, especially his wife.
