Great customer service! Thank you for helping my wife with my beverages today! She's battling cancer for the 2nd time and has little strength. I'm just glad she can get around, run some errands and have some freedom. I'm very thankful for the service you provided for her! I definitely recommend E-Town Beverages and appreciate the great customer service!

I don't blame the employees for the hours listed on Google. But I do blame them for locking the door as I was walking towards it, OVER an hour earlier than listed. I tried to open the door but it was locked and then an employee looked at me. So I called them to ask what time they close since it was such a specific time they locked their doors. After the first ring, they shut their lights off and after three rings they either hung up or disconnected their line. I tried calling back and I kept getting a busy tone. SO unprofessional and rude to close early, especially without a sign. I've been coming here for a while and this is not my first issue with this place but it is my last! Save yourself time and stop somewhere else.

Always friendly to me so I don’t get the hate plus nice selection and I am appreciative that they follow safety guidelines and state requirements. They also hire college students.

Waaa...they won't let me in without a mask on. Every person who doesn't wanna wear a mask, says the same thing. It's a medical thing. Maybe ask if they could just get the stuff you wanted. No one wants to be put at risk bc you don't wanna wear a mask...and a mask on for 5 minutes isn't gonna do u harm. Stop being jerks

Great local business, please be respectful and wear a mask, many if us in the service industry wear our masks up to 8+ hours a day, surely 5-10 minutes is not too much to ask.

I stopped in this afternoon to buy a few things and was refused service because I did not have a mask on. When I informed them that I could not wear one for medical reasons, I was still refused service. It’s a shame they don’t understand ADA laws or the limitations of the governors orders. I will no longer be shopping at this establishment As a result of their horrible customer service.

I love this place so I won’t give a bad review. BUT!!!! If you’re going to require your customers to wear a mask and you deny them service, make sure when you’re talking to them, YOU have one on as well. An employee shouldn’t be telling a customer to wear one when they don’t have one either.

called before I went in to see if they had curbside pickup and said they couldn't do that but could have the case of beer ready so I didn't have to walk the store and agreed and it was ready in there less then 2 minutes

Awesome place wouldnt go any where else. Staff is awesome and beer is cold. They have a very large selection of alcohol. Definitely the place to go.
