Molly (and Mike) were very helpful and kind. No pressure, and very patient / careful to explain costs, etc. set me up with my new phone and handled all of the often annoying aspects of changing plans, etc.

My experience at the Edinboro Verizon store was very positive and enlightening. Michael is an excellent representative of Verizon. He is very knowledgeable and patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions regarding the type of phone that would best suit my requirements.
