I've changed pharmacies several times in the past.My whole family uses this pharmacy, and for good reason.My personal experience with them has been very good.They let me know if there's a problem or delay in my script, and what is causing it. They will contact my doctor for a new script when I am out of refills.When they don't have a medication in stock, they will check other Wegmans pharmacies to see if they have enough of a medication that I need if the 248 Easton Nazareth highway location couldn't same day fill. They're willing to partial fill, as well.They're very diligent in dealing with my eldery parents, too.I'm grateful for and appreciate the staff who are friendly and accommodating. It's hard to find places that tick all the boxes like they do!Thanks for caring for us.

I am thrilled to have Wegmans as my pharmacy … especially after chains like Walgreens and CVS!! Omg… I was fortunate if I only had to wait 5 mins ( which by the way while you’re holding is a very long time and unacceptable for any business)… but it was almost always longer than five minutes to get to a Pharmacy rep.They have always been extremely professional and kind… in fact, I can safely say in the year that I have had them, they have been perfect for me…And I the wait time on hold is almost nonexistent!!

I have been calling this pharmacy for almost a week about a prescription. I was told that it would be filled within two business days. Then they told me within one day. I was happy that it was quicker. This is not something to joke around with. I then get told that it will finally be available two days after they said that it would be. Which is the absolute latest that I can wait because I am going on vacation. To make matters worse because they are out of the prescription that I actually need, they said that they would substitute it. I took that hit and then when I went to pick up the prescription, they said they needed my doctor to call in. They neglected to tell me that on the phone so after two more days I am still without my prescription. I’m literally in big trouble mentally. I would not recommend this unprofessional pharmacy to anyone. The pharmacist who neglected to tell me I needed my doctor to call in the change was dismissive and I wish that I would have gotten her name to report her. She literally said the words that the prescription would be ready tomorrow and I even confirmed that they would text me. More than angry right now.

It's hit or miss here at this pharmacy location. If you get a nice worker great, if not you get a miserable, old PA DUTCHY type making up new rules for you to get your meds! You've been warned.. if it weren't for their generous hours during the week we'd be at another pharmacy.

This is the third time and I hope that the last time I rewrite this review..RUN AWAY from this place!.I'm not sure if they lie to people, or if they don't know what they are doing. But we pay the bill! They said that I had to copay my medication, I think it was strange because the price was more expensive than in the goodRX app. I called insurance and they still hadn't authorized anything. In my insurance I don't have any copay. They (pharmacy) don't care, they just want your money!

I love this market! They have everything i need and want. The only.peeve i have is the sushi makers who dont wear a mask when making the sushi. I have wanted to try the sushi for a long time. On one of my recent shopping trips during the Covid 19 outbreak, the sushi chef was talking to another employee and i could see spittle dropping on his work area and sushi. When doing cold food prep You should wear a mask period. ALL FOOD PREP SHOULD BE DONE WITH.A MASK TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION! I dont want sushi with employee spittle.

Good, selection, most everything is fresh except the Organic Milk. Always find the organic milk has an expiration date within a week. Tells me it's been laying on the shelf for quite some time.

I have been a customer here for I years and have always been treated courteously and professionally by the technicians. Recently I was prescribed a very expensive eye drop and after driving to the doctor's office to pick up a coupon, I got to the pharmacy and was told the coupon had expired, it was handed to one of the pharmacists to see what he could do, but he said it's expired and that's that. Eventually, thanks to a very conscientious tech, the inquiry was given to another pharmacist, Susan Hood, who searched on her computer, and was able to save me over $100. I am so grateful for her diligence on my behalf.
