The pharmacy is going down hill. I went for a vaccine 4 days ago and was charged for it and then waited for 10 minutes only to be told by the pharmacist they didn't have the vaccine. Today I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to drop off a prescription. I finally left without dropping off the script. Thanks for waisting my time and delaying my meds.

I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. Everything that needed to be cleared up when I came here was cleared up, it didn’t take that long, and that’s saying something because I was in a bit of a rush!

I’m on a mission to find toys for my yearly TOYS FOR TOTS donations. I saw the 3/$13.98 sale last week and looking online, saw that the Forks location had the most inventory on the price points. I checked out and the selection of toys were not ringing up buy two, get one free so swapped back and forth a few times when I told the clerk (Claudia), that I’ll go to car to get my iPad that would show my online shopping list. The moment I started to walk away, the clerk told me she would override one set of B2G1 and completed the sale. I asked for the receipt and the clerk told me it would be sent as a text? Why? I asked if should could change it and she told me NEXT TIME. In the car, my account showed digital receipts was not the option, not checked! I phoned customer service and the agent confirmed that and told me to return to store and ask for a reprint. I asked but the clerk didn’t know how to make that happen. In addition, the $6 off $20 was presented and can’t be used in CONJUNCTION with the redemption of my $10 rewards!! These stores with reward program structure their coupons and point values differently and not in the customers favor. Disappointed!

Terrible experience with their pharmacy and staff. Poorly run establishment that is in desperate need of upkeep. Pharmacy is in shambles and their lead pharmacist is rude and unorganized.

I find only one young man that really taking nicely other in the those who work in the floor when I asked for help don’t do because they are really good Employees one in particular needed ID I have few for buying a pack of cigarettes

my whole stimulus check was withdrawn from my account today from this pharmacy. there was no reason for it at all and it was a lot of money it was all the money I had since being out of work due to pandemic. you would think a place like this would of maybe asked before taking all the money in my bank account from me. they are processing the refund but of course it will take 3-5 business days till that happened. it was apparently a clerical error or something they can't really tell me. will never support this business again

Carding senior citizens over the purchase of cigarettes is absurd!! And I refuse to let their personnel “scan” my driver’s license. That creates a risk (for me) of identity theft.

This pharmacy is really close to my house, but unfortunately the prices are really high, making me drive to Walmart to buy what a need. If you need to get some prescription, the drive-through is always the priority, so don't waste your time inside because they will make you wait a long time. It means, Walgreens is my last option. The good things: store is clean, always someone to support when is necessary.
