I started training with Kelly a couple of months ago and now I'm taking classes with Todd and I can't belive how much I've improved!! I previously hadn't ran in over 15 years (and I've tried but couldn't get very far) and now I can run up to 2 miles!! I have a lower back injury which hasn't been triggered once since I've been training with them. They are absolutely amazing and they have truly made me enjoy working out!! I couldn't be a happier client. Don't think twice about joining because you won't regret it!!!

I am going on my seventh year training with Kelly and Todd. Both trainers are wonderful/talented people. They work with everyone adjusting workouts according to each person's ability or disability. Having RA puts limits on some of the things I can do, but both Kelly and Todd give me alternative exercises I can do all while never making me feel inferior or unable. I never use to work out, but since starting with Kelly and Todd I look forward to every day and will even work out twice a day if it fits into my schedule. With TK's new gym, they are giving us tons of opportunities a day to work out and have designed numerous payment plans to fit into anyone's budget — please give TK's a try...you will not be sorry...we have a great time at every workout and we are all better, healthier, stronger people thanks to Kelly and Todd.

I have been training with Kelly for 4 yrs., and it's made a huge difference in my life. She has assisted me with healthy eating, improved balance, increased strength, better muscle definition, and confidence in my own body! She provides a supportive atmosphere and the women in our workout group have grown to be friends, in and out of the gym. I look forward to continuing my wellness journey in this new facility!

I started my journey with TK training in January of 2013 and it was one of, if not THE, best decisions I have ever made for my physical health. Being able to choose between individual sessions or group classes makes working out fun and easy to fit into an every day schedule. Both Todd and Kelly are extremely knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and help you achieve your personal goals. I would (and already have!) recommend TK training to anyone looking to improve their overall wellness.
