Some of the employees are absolute idiots!
We did a extension on our bill which hadn't run out yet, but one of our phones weren't working needless to say after trying to figure out why...getting home and paying the bill online THEY REMOVED my son's line (our 5th) line without permission and with no one asking them to do so! Why? Now my kid is without a working phone. I won't even bother going back to have them fix it because I'm sure I'll have topay extra money for THEIR mistake. And they wonder why customers give them a hard time about them doing something so simple as setting up a phone etc. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Absolutely insane.

Overcharged for a Samsung Galaxy A15 5g ,was charged $ 220.00 March 18th when the Metro Corporation only knows of $ 102.93 out of the $ 220.00 , I was charged for the first months service ,activation and sim card fees which was $ 102.93 , I called corporate about the first months bill which was $ 75 dollars, I wanted the $ 50 plan and no damn insurance, the lady at corporate fixed my bill and told me to take the phone and my ID back to the store and try to fix the money they owe me, yea according to the store everything was correct by their standards, little do the know they owe me money and I tend to get it back...........

Absolutely the most horrible service I have ever received in my life from what she calls herself a manager location of this store is Nazareth road Easton Pennsylvania. Sorry Metro but you just lost a 7-year customer because your store manager doesn't know how to respect customers. I also recommend that you may want to get her some protection because she was ready to go a full 10 rounds with me in the ring if there was an option to give no stars that would be my rating

Went in to ask about an upgrade today. Was told I was eligible for an upgrade, but no phones were free or even discounted. Was told the only way to get a discounted phone was to switch a line. Why offer an upgrade if you don't get anything?

I would like to comment on the worker Janira from the metropcs from Easton PA, on 8/19/23 Janira helped me with the purchase of a phone, she was great and very helpful. She is a great person and knows her job well and great with people. I give her a plus 10. Thank you very much.

Was super pleased with their service. Was able to transfer my number. The manager and associate was very polite. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a new phone and plan. Highly recommend metro by t-mobile in Easton.
