Rick did a great job explaining everything and making sure I understood every paper I was signing. They did fully inspect the car before me getting there and pulling off the lot. I gave it a 2 star because while driving home when I would pick up speed on the highway I began to feel shaking. So I wanted to inspect the breaks and while doing so that’s when I noticed the rotors needed to also be replaced. Another thing that was noticed was the steel cord showing on 1 of my tires. There was also a nail on another tire. Images below
