The pharmacist Ryan was really nice and took time to help me when I was having issues with refills. Ive had issues with a few pharmacies in the area and I really appreciated him taking time to help me. Sometimes prescriptions and insurance can be confusing to lay people and he was very nice and understanding when I was getting confused and really helped me out.

First, that robot is absolutely terrifying... And stupid... And annoying... Second, the produce department should be named the "lame produce" department... Nothing fresh ~ just old & limp... And overpriced... Don't bother.

These people have no idea how the world works for people with no insurance. Simply wanted to ask a question. Tried to explain my situation. When she couldn't do what I asked I said that was fine then I guess completely ignored what I said previously and just basically wasted my time in an unprofessional tone and manner. My issue isn't that my request couldn't be made. My issue is the response I got to said request. Educate yourselves.

Trying to order platters from brochure for a party of about 50 people. Giant does NOT have a printed sheet to go with the brochure. I called deli no help you just have to come in. Called front desk and she said prices have gone up 5 to 10$ since last year. NO PAPER OE ON LINE list of the products. Acme does have so there fore I am going to ACME. I have never heard of anything so silly. Guess you do not want to sell the products. They look great TO BADI just went on ACME in easton md and ordered 5 trays in 10 min got price and confirmation.

I shop at Giant in Easton all the time. Today I picked up a 6 pack of cube steaks for $18.11, and when I got home this was flip side of the steaks. I said was because I threw them out. So sad.waste of my money. Back to local butcher shop.

This is one of the nicer giants we've found and have started frequenting instead of one that is much closer to our house. This location has better selection, wider aisles, better lighting, and is overall a much nicer store. The staff had always been friendly and the store clean.

Unsanitary. I (again) saw a dog in the store, standing inside the cart, walking his dirty feet around where people put their food. No, it wasn't a service dog and EVEN IF IT WAS, it is still NOT ALLOWED to have the dog in the cart. Dogs walk in their own feces which carry germs and parasites, -Do you roll your groceries around on the ground at a dog park? No? Then keep your dogs out of the shopping carts. Dogs are great but not in the food store. This store has a great location which is a plus but on the other hand, I have never been comcerned about sanitation at competing stores. Do better, Giant

I just had the WORST experience at Giant. Some sort of manager/executive was clearly visiting the store. He was talking loudly to two employees in the same aisle I was shopping. He practically ran me over as he went by; no apology or an excuse me. Worse, he kept referring to the employees as ‘girls’. What decade is this? These women were older than me. He may want to work on being more considerate to both employees and shoppers.

I have nothing negative to say about Giant. Whether I'm at the Easton or the Bartonsville or Wind Gap or Forks stores, I love the selection (lots of organic and also their own line of natural products). Clean store, well organized. It is my (much more often-used) alternative to Wegman's and even Kimberton. I also shop Aldi and Lidl. I shop for both quality and bargain. If I walk into a Giant (or Shop n Save in NJ), I know that I am in for a great experience.

Moldy carrots, long out of date dried meat and yogurt. The store has gone downhill recently.

I'm officially done with this store. The produce spoils inside of a couple of days and today is the third time I've bought meat, gotten it home only to open it to a rancid smell like a punch in the face which means another trip back to the store. All three times it was just go grab another one (as if it happens all the time) and not even an apology for the inconvenience. UPDATE - second package (Kobe this time) was also rancid spurring a third trip back to get a refund and head to Wegman's. Still no apology.

Never had any issues until recent. We purchased cold cuts at the deli counter for our 3 little girls and we found long pieces of shredded plastic from the packaging of the boars head low sodium chicken included in between the slices of deli meat. This experience only proves that as a consumer you can never trust anything 100%. When I called and politely explained to the manager I was shocked at the care free attitude she had.
