They are super nice but not competent with technology. I've had a multiple issues where i was told my settings were not set up for text notifications and that's why they didn't contact me about a prescription. But I'm not the one who changed the settings a second time and I thought they would still call. Especially considering the only reason I didn't get them on time was become of the shortages going on. But even though I've been struggling with them for 4 months they don't get 1 star because they're nice and I think the pharmacist is smart enough not to kill anyone by accident

Terrible customer service. Couldn't get a word in edgewise because the clown wouldn't shut up. Plus they never have the prescriptions in stock. In the future I'll be taking my business to a place that acts like they value the business. Not like they are doing me some kind of favor.

It’s not safe to shop in your store anymore. You have created a long line of people waiting to check out and in return are blocking the isles that people need to access. You don’t have people standing 6 feet apart and wraps the entire length of the store. Your employees don’t care that used masks and gloves are left in carts. I went in to try to get a few things needed and ended up leaving, I’m not waiting over an hour to check out. You’ve made the situation far worse in my opinion.

Always super friendly and willing to kindly answer any questions you may have. Waiting for something to get filled is rarely more than 5 to 10 minutes.
