Have gone to the East Stroudsburg business having always amazing service and quality, the same is to be said about this location. Amazing customer service, quality, and great prices, would recommend to anyone in the Easton area with dry cleaning needs. Military, Police, any form of uniform tailoring they got it!!!

Been here and his East Stroudsburg location many times the service and staff are always smiling and go Blaine and beyond for their customers. . The owner Toby is always smiling and super friendly he really knows how to treat and service his customers . He does beautiful work . Two thumbs up !! This by far is best cleaners in the Poconos

I had taken 2 suits a few shirts and ties here last week and asked if I needed to pay then or when I come back. The women said I could pay now and if I paid cash it would be cheaper so I decided to do that. Today I returned to pick up my items and was told that I needed to pay. I Politely responded that I have paid previously. The women has a certain way of processing prepaid receipts that are attached to the clothes with a payed stamp. In which case I replied is there a chance you made a mistake which she replied I never make mistakes. She Accused me that I was a liar. I even remember last week when I went in she seamed distracted but paid no attention. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. I won’t recommend going here but if you do make sure you get a paid stamp on you ticket before leaving after you pay. I understand I’m not perfect and can make mistakes but they way this laid acted was so rude and no matter what she is not at fault. So I ended up paying and left. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

A few weeks back i went into Forks Ceaners to have 3 winter coats cleaned. I have used them a few times before this. The woman gave me a receipt and when i got into my car i happened to look at the bill, something i always didn't do. Thankfully i did look, because when i did i saw that the bill was in the amount of $124.00. I went right back in and asked for my coats back. The woman then offered me a 15% discount, but by that time i was so disgusted i turned it down. I then went to Lehigh Valley cleaners and had my coats cleaned there. They charged me $50.00 for all three coats. I will never go to Forks cleaners again and i hope everyone who goes there will read my review and never patronize this business again.

Lori went out of her way to make sure I had my shirts on time when I mentioned that I was going on a trip. She offered to text me, and she did, first thing in the morning so that I had everything I needed for my trip. It's really nice when people at small businesses go out of their way to satisfy their customers. My family has been customers for almost 15 years and we are very happy with Forks Cleaners.

I have no problem with this cleaners. My cloths are always done the day they say and well done at that. Workers are kind and courteous, I'll definitely continue to use these folks.

Unable to complete on time at three-day laundry order on two dress shirts. Did not charge me because they were a day late; however, received nasty attitude when i came to pick them up. Sent back on plain wire hangers--no paper or cardboard protection between the garments and the wire. Hung this way the clothing will become rust stained over time. Completely unprofessional.
