Lot of products out of stock, older gray lady who wasn’t identifiable as an employee had a really bad attitude and a huge frown. Go to the store up the street in Nazareth instead. Don’t waste your time here

The people here work hard but there aren't enough of them. No matter the time of day there is a long line and not all the t's get crossed. CVS needs to do better.

Maybe some day they will allow access to both drive up windows since people think covid testing is still necessary at 15 min per vehicle?!

Have the worst attitude towards the customers. Not sure what the issue might be. We have been to many pharmacies but this one is something else. ✌?

Unreliable and rude customer service, 0 communication. If you need a prescription I would not rely on this pharmacy because they will not come through, go somewhere else.

The employees are typically rude. I saw a pharmacist give someone a covid shot today while sitting on the dirty floor.

2nd star is because of all the CVS's around, the employees are the nicest and most helpful! I have had a bad experience twice now because the pharmacy's automated system discovers my order isn't covered by insurance and rather than alert me, they cancel my script without notifying me. So I'm sitting around waiting for medicine and the pharmacy already decided that since my insurance won't cover it, I don't need it??? I wish they would communicate better so I could get my daughter's medicine sooner rather than waiting around on a text that is never going to come.

The pharmacy tech, while assisting me, was eating a fist full of popcorn at the register. Seriously, I could just stop the review right there.... That aside, she told me they "literally just received the script from my doctor" and that it would be 30 minutes. However, I had already called a half hour prior and the system told me it was in process and would be ready at 4:02... Regardless, I couldn't wait another 30 minutes so I left. I was 2 minutes down the street when I decided to call them and ask to transfer the script to another CVS closer to home. The woman on the phone told me it was already filled and ready for pickup!!! But I couldn't turn around at that point. I was so frustrated. So she transferred it to another CVS and I had to go out again later on my break to finally get my medication. Pretty awful experience during an already stressful day.
