I had to pick up some stamps and mail a few things. The woman working behind the counter was so helpful, friendly, and pleasant! This was my first time using this PO and I just happened to stop because it was close to where I was running errands. But I will definitely go to this one if I need to use a PO again even if it's not particularly close to where I live. I'm super impressed.

Brigette is an not a compassionate employee with shipping my brothers ashes. She gave me attitude about not being familiar with the process. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to my circumstances. Shipping a loved ones remains is a difficult and having a rude employee is unacceptable.

I love this location. The two ladies who work here are not only very good at providing a positive postal service experience, but they are also delightful people. I don't mind waiting in line ... not that that happens very often. But, I know that they are helping each customer to maximize the value of the visit, and to ensure the best possible outcome for balancing the need of getting the item to its destination and at the price for that service. And, did I mention that they are delightful people?I don't jump on the 'shop local / shop small' bandwagon, but if there were a poster-child for what that experience is supposed to offer, it would be the team here.
