They do not communicate at all. I’ve still been waiting on my end caps for my sign for over a month. They took forever to put my sign together and I paid cash. Not a very organized place at all.

Very quick and prompt service. I thought I would be writing a very different review, because we were told our sign would be put up on a Friday, the day of our Grand Opening was Saturday, the next day. Around 4pm on Friday we realized they didn't show up! Tried to call no answer, so of course I read the reviews and was shattered, because there are a few bad ones! BUT, as my daughter arrived to our store the next morning, at 9am, the sign had already been put up! You rock Simplex Image Solutions! Winterberries Yarn is very happy with the sign and the service we received!

Simplex has handled many projects for me over the years and every time the quality exceeds my expectations. This company used to be good many years ago, but because if not being able to handle growth properly, it has gone entirely down hill.What started out as a young ambitious, honest man fresh out of a small detailing business back in the mid-nintys, has turned into a ExtremelyGreedy, Unethically and completly un-honest man named Ben.My experience with Simplex signs has been despicable. I would steer clear away at getting a sign made from Simplex, and would have to assume that there time left in business in East Stroudsburg is quite limited...BE-WHERE!!!!

i had a tight deadline and needed signage for a golf outing that required bespoke individual signs for each of the paid sponsors. The staff at Simplex were courteous, professional and went out of their way to make the process seamless. the signs turned out fantastic and all of the sponsors were so impressed with the signs that they ended up taking them home when they left!! thank you EVERYONE at Simplex for making my golf outing a HUGE success!! i highly recommend Simplex!
