I placed an order in June, they immediately charged my CC but have yet to send me my product! I have called and left messages and emailed and no one will answer me! about to dispute charges and contact BBB

*BY APPT ONLY* It’s ok. There is nothing spectacular here to speak of and you can go to a shop that is open normal hours and browse. Plenty around. The website needs some attention, specifically the security warning that the certificate is bad.

Great staff. Patient & knowledgeable with answering questions. I've purchased several things there over the years and have never regretted or second guessed any purchase made there. They stand by their product, I bought a shotgun there over 20 years ago and had a little problem with it not cycling correctly/reliably, so I took it in about 10-15 years after buying it, fully expecting to pay for a repair service and they fixed it within a day or two and told me no charge, they just had to file a small burr to fix the issue.Their prices are very competitive. I'm a comparison shopper and they often are the best price or equal to the best price compared to other area shops.If you are looking to buy a suppressor they have a kiosk there to simplify the process of filing the required fingerprints, photo, etc.No worries, no matter what you are looking for, from decision making information before purchase to after the sale service and everything in between, Layman's will take good care of you.

while the selection "could" lead to something that could require you to call ahead for items you might want, the customer service is impeccable. their prices are very reasonable. hell, you might even make a friend. i will recommend you order things from this class 3 dealer just to give them your business. wonderful place.
