I bought a 2021 Nissan Titan at Lancaster Nissan last week and could not be more happy with the entire process. As a Ford owner for the past 20 years (3 F-150s and 1 Ranger), I was skeptical that I would like Nissan, but my salesman, Devante Smith, was extremely knowledgeable about Titans and all things Nissan. I test drove the Titan and absolutely loved it. Devante made the entire process—from looking over the truck to test driving to buying—smooth and enjoyable. I told him up front that I didn’t want any of the extra protection packages, and he didn’t pressure me into any, like many other salesman I’ve encountered have done. While waiting on credit checks and such, Devante and I talked about family and cars. When my almost 1-year old daughter got tired of the waiting process and started having a meltdown, Devante pulled a stuffed CARFAX fox (Car Fox) out of his desk drawer and gave it to her, which made her day! I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Devante at Lancaster Nissan. You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I purchased a new 2023 Rouge and I took it in for oil change and ran into Jen from used cars and she was very helpful with finding a nice affordable used car as a second vehicle and I ended up leaving there with a fresh oil change and a used Kia Soul just a great experience all around, if your in the market for a used vehicle go see Jen she will find what your looking for, when I left Jen and another guy followed me home with my new Kia and dropped it off at my house for me, just a great and easy purchase all around

Came in for the annual State Inspection. While the technicians were running through their standard checklist, they found that the battery was below expected performance, and recommended replacement. I approved of the work and they had it completed within good time, considering the unexpected battery needed to complete the work. The price for the labor and parts isn't the cheapest, but the quality that comes with it is worth extra. I will continue to use this service center for as long as I am in the area.Edit to Reply from Owner:In order to receive 5 stars under my scale, it would require something above and beyond what most places would do or be able to do. I find that giving 4 stars gives a more realistic expectation, and 5 stars also means that nothing should be improved further. It gives room to improve, and strive to be even better without inflating ratings to unrealistic expectations.

First of all my service guy Paul is fantastic. The score I gave has nothing to do with his service. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited over 2 hours. The techs tested my battery (under warrenty) but needed approval to replace. I'm also very confused. My last time in for service it was recommended I have a brake fluid flush and cabin air filter replaced. The flush did not happen because "too late in the day" the filter didn't get replaced because they were not in stock. But this past service on 11/2 brake fluid flush and cabin filter were not recommended. But I did not have that service done the time it was recommended. Very pick and choose techs when it comes to service. My appointments are always late afternoon because of my work schedule, but it seems like the techs don't want to perform specific maintenance after a certain time. Service prices are overpriced. Also the last time I had service in July the techs left a grease stain on my inner door panel that I had to get out myself. I also never received a survey from my last service to bring up these issues. I have to say from all the dealerships on Manhiem pike I've bought from in the past, this is by far the one I don't like taking my car to. But it's the only nissan dealership in my area.

The sales consultant, Eric Long was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Rogue, answered every question, and took the time to get to know me and what I was shopping for. I never once felt pressured to purchase, and the finance team got me the best possible deal. This was my first Nissan purchase and you earned a customer for life.

The customer service was excellent. Communication was clear and detailed enough with plenty of supporting details so we could make a decision. The estimate was accurate and the final bill came in lower than expected, with the work completed earlier than expected. WOW! That has never happened anywhere else! :)

Definitely a high recommendation for Lancaster Nissan and especially Jen Loos and the financing staff! They definitely made the process very easy and also worked hard to help me find the right car for my needs and also the absolute best deal that I could not turn down or that anyone else could beat. They took the extra time to do their homework for me on what could get the rates and payment down and were very informative and explained everything and made it happen. Thank you guys for everything and I love the new car and will always strongly recommend Lancaster Nissan and Jen Loos!!!

Took my old Nissan Armada here to find out why it's burning excessive amounts of oil. I was told to bring it in and for $75 they'd diagnose the problem. I figured they'd do a compression test or something. I get the bill and it reads "based on previous issues seen before, I believe the oil control rings on the pistons are seized causing engine to burn excessive amounts of oil." So I paid $75 for someone to tell me what the my think it could be, and not tested to find out for sure. I could've asked Google and saved $75. The ECM was replaced dt recall, now I have 2 codes popping up, and not just the O2 sensor. I'm not bitching about the diagnosis here, I'm fine if that's the issue, but I know no more than I did a few days ago and out $75.

Felt the need to drop a comment here regarding a stand up, knowledgeable, honest and super hard working salesperson here, cause let’s be honest.. this industry tends to get a bad rap! Daryl Stoll epitomizes the fact that there are always exceptions to the rule! I’ve referred many friends to Daryl and in each and every scenario the feedback received was that ‘it was an EXPERIENCE that they were not expecting’ but in the most pleasant way! So if you find yourself nervous or anxious about venturing onto the lot, I can assure you won’t be disappointed if you ask for Daryl Stoll and may just end up with a Sale’s ‘guide’ for life!
