What I like the most about my agent Joseph DiGiacomo is that He takes the time to explain my policy to me in language I can understand. I get the discounts I wouldn't normally receive due to the little knowledge and understanding I have about insurance. I referred my sister and daughter to Allstate insurance. They are very satisfied and so am I.

Mr. DiGiacomo and his company have always taken care of myself and my family ( my brother also has his home and car policies through them). I like the fact of human interaction. Mr. DiGiacomo knows our names and us. That is the way I like business to be done, because when something happens I get a real phone call or a visit, not an automated service or a dial tone. Thank you for all you do. We have been covered by his company for 10+ years.

I was referred here by my parents because at 26 it’s about time I get my own car insurance and possibly other insurance as well. I was newly married and me and my husband needed to get our own and I know nothing about any of this and Joe was truly wonderful!
