“Not my usual u-haul only because I have several locations nearer. This time the near ones didn't have the equipment I needed. This location found it at another location, reserved it for me, and sent me on with a smile. I will call here first the next time I am in the valley renting a u-haul, or more usually buying towing bits or wiring. I have no issues with other locations in the Scranton area, but I know above-and-beyond when I see it.”
“24hr storage is very convenient. Although I was stuck inside because the sensor for the gate to open on the inside wouldn't sense my motorcycle. Luckily someone was coming in at the same time and let me out.”
“Customer service like the 80's when people still cared about each other and about doing a good job. Everybody in this place is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Felt like I was in the twilight zone as you just don't get this kind of service and expertise with a friendly disposition anywhere anymore it seems. And they were all like this as I observed they were all going out of their way with the customers they were assisting. We broke down on our way to NY from VA a couple days ago, and had arranged for a truck at this location on our way. Had to totally change up reservation and timing, leave our car at the location, get to NY to do a pick up and then back to Scranton where these guys got us set up to tow my car back home behind the UHaul. These guys and gals are dialed in and actually want to help you and they do. Total difference at my drop off spot, place empty, kid up some stairs on the phone while playing video games and me yelling up the stairwell. Still didn't hear me so I had to go through 5 minutes of prompts on the phone before I got their line ringing. He bounds down the stairs, notices me there and says "oh, hey....what's up?" Hat's off to the Scranton U-Haul crew, true professionals, and made a difficult trip way, way easier for us. God bless your crew! Whoever manages this place needs a raise!”

“24 hour access if you've paid your bill. Clean and easy to use. Prices are very competitive if you calculate price per cubic foot, not just square foot. Cubic is Length x Width x Height.Lots of places have a 5 x 10 but the height varies.”
“I rent a 10x10x8ft storage here. It's a great place 24/7 storage. I love how I can pull my Jeep into one of the garage doors and then be safe behind locked gates while I put my things away. There is no staff at this place, you need to go to the Kingston office on Wyoming ave. to sign your contract but you can book whatever you need on the website or uhaul app. The manager is a very cool chick and so are the workers. Very helpful!!!”
“Going on on year for a local move (sorry for got to write a review for this location)...Good location for those in Wyoming Valley Area (West Pittston thru Forty Fort)...I was concerned on being rented a van (length/storage capacity) but it unbelievably held allot !!! Vehicle was in great working condition...No problem with service at location, however when renting, bring credit card with you.”

“I was traveling through Wilkes-Barre and ended up needing to have my trailer repaired and rented one from U-Haul. Upon returning to Wilkes-Barre my trailer was not yet ready and I needed to disconnect the trailer to have my vehicle serviced. They were very accommodating and helpful, especially Nichelle who came out in the rain to help medisconnect the trailer which somehow got stuck to the hitch. Even though it was an unpleasant situation in heavy rain she remained cheerful and professional. My interaction with her restores my faith that there are employees that take pride in their work and truly care for their customers!”

“Nick, Dave & Monique were very helpful with providing all the assistance I needed to get a new car. Very knowledgeable on the cars they had in stock and went in detail to explain all the document requirements before purchase. I love how Nick was very honest with me and if I asked a question he didn't know he was very polite and did his best to find the answer from someone else. Dave took lots of time elaborating on the financing options they had and strongly advise I get the extended warranty to make sure I'm covered. Monique was super warming and quite a conversation starter, she kept checking in on me during my wait to keep sure I was okay.Def a great enterprise a team they have at this location. Tips- make sure to come during the day as they get very busy after 4pm- if purchasing a car make sure to review their selection online so you have an idea of what you want before you get there.- there prices online match the store prices.- def schedule a test drive of the vehicle of your preference ahead of time”

“I had to repaint my bathroom after an ex-tenant painted it a color I despised. Thankfully I had the sample container from when I had originally painted it. I took it to HD, which was where I purchased the original paint and they still had the color, thank God! The girl at the paint counter was very friendly and helpful and had my paint ready within minutes. The lady at the checkout was very friendly as well.”
