I made an appointment here through the Geisinger MyChart app for a lab draw that is time sensitive. When I arrive for my 12:30 appointment there’s a sign on the door that stated they’re gone for lunch. I’m insure how you could just ignore appointments like this?

I went there today 8/24/2022 at 2:33 pm for blood work and the girl asked me for my name and then ignorantly told me I would have to come back. I asked her for what reason, she said the whole process. Any other time I was there I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. This girl was so ignorant and rude to me that I will never go back.

I’ve been coming here for years now and have always had as pleasant of an experience you can have getting blood taken. The staff is very kind and professional. I’m not the best with needles but I honestly don’t feel a thing when getting my blood work done. Keep up the good work.

On Saturday 10/26/2022 at 10:40AM, I tried to get my son’s blood work done. I was rudely told that they close in 10 minutes and that we would have to come back. The hours clearly stated on the door that they were open until 11:00am. The hours should be updated to the accurate working hours for bloodwork.

Great Phlebotomists! I'm prone to nausea and light-headedness but, I barely feel anything! (And, the receptionist is always nice, and painless.)

I’ve been to this lab several times and it’s always a pleasant experience even though it’s for getting blood work. The man who drew my blood today was very kind to me. I arrived 10 minutes before closing not realizing that it closed at 3 on the weekdays. Despite my coming in right before they lock the doors, they still took care of me and treated me so nice! Great staff!

Excellent place to have labs done is the facility at Dunmore shopping center on O'Neil highway. Friendly people, rarely a long wait, great phlebotomists.?
