Took a semi auto shotgun here because it was jamming. Went back to my truck to find out the bolt wouldn’t lock, took it back in and got it back in. Finally get an opportunity to shoot a gobbler at 30 yards and the gun doesn’t go off. My fault for not test firing the gun, shops fault for my gun not firing.

Absolute horrible decision on giving this guy any work. Took him 4 Benelli’s, 1 had the wrong camo (no refund) one of them he lost the inertia spring which it was a brand new gun, the other one he didn’t finish the job and left parts not dipped, lost the recoil pad on one gun. All the jobs were very very poor work, if you are thinking about taking something to him, message me I’ll share his horrible work with you privately.

I have purchased both firearms and crafts at this shop as well as friends and family members. Rick also made an old rifle of mine look like the best gun in our collection. His skill with cerekote and painting for the crafts are second to none. I would give 10 stars to this shop if I could. His knowledge, expertise, and professional courtesy are outstanding.
