Idk what goes on here but 80% of stuff in the mailbox in front will never been seen again. I flip sports cards and am suspicious that they steal my orders that never get scammed into the place or received by my customers

I notified Drums Pa Post Office more than a month ago. I have only received 1 forwarded piece of mail. They have not picked up the phone though I rang it several times. Before I left they said there was someone different all the time on the route. Very poor service. I will now contact the USPO to file a formal complain

Can't speak to the physical location, but the delivery is atrocious. Regularly delivers to the wrong addresses in our Drums community. I can depend more that I'll have a neighbor show up with my delivery than USPS. Guessing they still don't use a GPS? Either way, makes me believe federal mailing should be deprecated and taken up by the private sector.

Drums, pa post office is exactly as it should be. Professional employees that know what they are doing, while being very pleasant while doing their jobs. They have all your mailing needs.I understand people groaning about rising rates. However, these people are not paid or appreciated enough! They also deserve raises.

I was expecting a package last friday.. it said it was delivered on Friday, I go out to my mailbox it wasnt there. I called the post office and they explained the guys car broke down and he was hurrying to get done.. they said he threw the package in someone else's mailbox by accident. He said that he will get it and deliver it Saturday. Nothing came Saturday. I called yesterday and the postmaster said the guy was off and that he said he delivered it saturday.. I told him I never received it. He said he will talk to him when he gets in today and he will call me the next morning.. today it's now 11 am and I have yet to hear from them. All i want is my package that i paid for.
