I’d like to take a moment to share the experience of selling my home with Susan. From the outset of our initial meeting through to Settlement, Susan was compassionate and understanding of my anxieties of leaving a home that I occupied for 26 yrs to relocate into my daughter’s residence. She was always “at the ready” to answer any questions and replied in a timely manner which reduced my stress. I feel Susan went over and beyond in taking care of all the details and negotiating the price for my home. Mrs. L helped me with my first home buy. It was in early 2020 just before the pandemic and I settled in February of 2020. The process was so seamless and effortless and Mrs.L treated me so well and professionally. Anyone interest in a realtor should definately look into Susan Langenstein who's office is in Doylestown.

After the unexpected death of my father, this real estate group has been sending me unsolicited and preditory letters asking to buy the property starting the INSTANT the estate was formerly opened. Clearly they have someone who spends their time here abusing the fact that estates are public record and contacting the family hoping to greedily get their sticky hands onto the property before the family has even grieved so that they won't notice how far below the actual value they're being offered.

My husband and I worked with Sue and Neil to purchase our first home together at the end of August. We met Sue in July of 2022 after we had searched for a home on our own for a while with no luck. As first time homebuyers we knew nothing at all going into it but she was so informative and helpful throughout the whole process. I have known Susan since the First Grade and when it came time to list my Mother's home - I could not imagine anyone I would rather have or trust with this other than Susan Langenstein of ReMax, As you can imagine being in her home for over 59 years and raising her family there, it was going to be a big adjustment and very emotional as we said good-bye to many memories and start a new chapter in her life. Mom was very anxious.Susan is the most loving, caring, compassionate person you will ever meet. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has a true passion for what she does, She sat down with Mom and I and explained step by step the details and exact process as she helped direct us as to how to get ready for her house to show. She was very patient and calm and made everything go so effortlessly and smooth.Susan listed Mom's home on a Friday and it sold in Two Days. Settlement was three weeks later and went off without a hitch. My wife and I just closed on our dream home yesterday with Susan as our real estate agent/broker. It was an incredibly wonderful experience and we have Susan to thank for it. In a climate where most would consider the housing market difficult for buyers, she worked hard for us, especially behind the scenes, and made it look easy. My wife and I are first time home purchasers. Susan made sure we understood everything necessary along the way and was always available to us to answer any questions. At no time did we ever feel any pressure from her to make any offers because she simply wanted the best for us. In fact, she was specific to make sure we understood the pros and cons of each property. She helped us assemble a great team – from who we selected for our mortgage to the home inspectors that we used – and she analyzed every inspection report thoroughly and walked us through it to make sure we didn’t have any questions or hesitations. To her, she is not in the business just for money, she is there because she wants to make her clients happy, especially in the long run. Anytime I needed to contact her, she was just a text, phone call, or email away, literally replying to me at any hour of the day or night. I cannot express fully express how much my wife and I appreciate her, the help she gave us throughout the project, and how much I strongly recommend her. Susan is the best agent who we have ever worked with. We knew her when we moved out of PA and sold our first property ~15 years ago. Selling a house can be a very stressful time but having the right realtor will make all the difference. We had just that with Susan.
From the moment we first met we were impressed with her knowledge of the local market, her organized approach to presenting our house in the best possible light - including providing the photographer that knew exactly how to highlight the features of our house on line.
Susan was on top of everything throughout the entire process. There is a lot of paperwork involved and Susan stayed on top of all of it.
She came to the house and walked around with the Fire Marshall during inspection. She did the same with the appraiser.
The result - we sold our house in 3 days. Settlement was stress free because Susan ensured that all the paperwork was in place. All parties left settlement not only in less than 30 minutes but with smiles all around.
We highly recommend Susan Langenstein and in fact already have. Our friends had the exact same positive experience that we did.
