Amazing experience! Starting with when I first walked in the front door and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful representative who assisted me right away. The branch is beautiful and modern. Winnie was absolutely fantastic. I came in to open some new business accounts and she was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! I was introduced to the branch manager Riaz who was also very professional and friendly. I am really looking forward to partnering up with this local branch to do my banking with moving forward! Highly recommended!

When I visited Chase Bank this morning to open an account, I was graciously greeted by the manager. I spoke with Tarlan, who was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful, advising me of my various banking options. I recommend this bank highly!

Everything about this branch is great. It’s very friendly (and pet friendly….always a treat for Maggie!) and I get lots of personal attention. Winnie is just great and provides amazing customer service. The branch is clean, all staff is attentive and I love a free pen!

They need to keep their atm's reasonably serviced. Very inconvenient for their customers that 2 out of 3 times they are out of service and you cannot use the one in the front doors after business hours. Thinking of switching banks. Very frustrating, because not everyone can make it to the bank due to work during the hours they are open.

The worst bank Ive ever dealt with. Failed to properly set up my business account and then shut it for "Fraud" with no further explanation or warning causing massive hassles for me with incoming revenue I'd directed to it.

Working with Winnie to set up a new business checking and personal account was wonderful. I was in and out of there in an hour with a customized solution to fit my needs. You can tell these guys care way more about their customers than my current bank, PNC. So happy to be moving on to a company that takes care of their own! Thanks Winnie!!

Not a very discreet branch. I went in to withdraw a fairly large sum of money last week and every employee I encountered, from those that greeted me, to the teller, didn’t know how to use their quiet voice.Anyone and everyone in the branch knew exactly what I was doing and the sum of cash I was withdrawing.Careless and dangerous.The aesthetics of this new branch are lovely. Hence the 2nd star.

The last reviewer gave the Chase one start. Because of a loss of Dairy Queen? Seriously? I am just moving to Doylestown and am thrilled to have a new Chase branch in town. I have used Chase for over 20 years now. I have 2 business and a personal account at Chase and I could not be happier. And I love ice cream, but as a businessman, I want to see fair and reasonable ratings and reviews, not blackmail.
