I do not recommend this facility. They do not respond to emails and their phone number doesn't work. Got hung up on and their voicemail is full when I called back. I finally received the link to sign the lease late and the rate was more than double what was quoted. So now my move has been pushed and I have to find a new storage facility.

Price is a bit high and no longer 24 hours so doesn’t work for me anymore, but clean and friendly staff.

Place very clean , it's on a very good area and it has security I don't have no problem I like the place people I communicate with during my renting were very professional and respectful, if anyone looking to rent I highly recommend ? storage first you wouldn't regret it .

My storage unit is easy to access and was very clean when first opened. Getting in and out of the facility is a breeze and the location is perfect!

If you live in the Thorndale area of Downingtown, this storage location is as convenient as it gets. Clean, lots of different size storage options, and reasonably priced.
