This is the second time this place has been overwhelmingly unhelpful. I don’t understand why. I called and asked: I’m looking for a certain shade of purple, a taupey-purple, but I’m having trouble finding it myself. Is someone there that can help me?His response was: I can show you the wall of colors but if you can’t see it, I don’t know how I’m going to help you. What kind of answer is that even?! I don’t get it. How is that response even helpful and after that response, why would I come to this store?

Just a little pricey and my keys were cut incorrectly the first time which prompted me to return. A little frustrated I had to return, but your staff handled the situation well and was honest about the inexperienced clerk who cut the keys.
