Vernon helped us sell our house in early June. We found him and his office to be very responsive, and we were impressed with his negotiating skills. We were selling our property from a distance, and he offers services that assist with that, like cleaning, leftover furniture removal, and remote close. It seems like he tries to anticipate what the sellers will need and provide whatever is necessary or helpful. We do recommend him.

I put an offer in on a townhouse in a very desirable area; there were five other offers on this townhouse. I told Vernon how much I would be willing to spend, and I got the townhouse for $8,000 less than my maximum. I couldn't be happier!

Vernon is a miracle worker. He helped me get the help I needed to prepare my home for sale. I had so much to do and so many personal items to sort, pack, store, donate etc. I also had a few items on the exterior that needed to be done. He put me in touch with service providers that were kind, competent and reasonably priced. When my furniture needed to be rearranged he also came by and helped me accomplish that. Once on the market his negotiation skills were top notch and his guidance is priceless. He even held it all together for me when we ran into some issues with the house and frustrations with the buyer. I highly recommend Vernon. He is a truly skilled realtor and he was such a pleasure to work with!

Vernon is everything you want in selecting a real estate agent. He and his team were exceptionally knowledgeable and professional in supporting the sale of our house. His 30+ years of experience in Chester County brought dozens of potential buyers to our door. As an owner and agent, he was personally involved in every aspect of the sale. From the listing to settlement, he provided excellent counsel and advice. He pays close attention to the details ( even assists in giving tax advice) and was highly responsive to our needs, no matter how small. Even after settlement, he remained a strong supporter to our family.

Vernon is a real estate god. He knows nearly everything about the area and the real estate market.
