So I go to the ATM and the screen is blank. I go into the bank and tell the teller with short brown hair that it's not working. She tells me with an attitude that it is out of order. I tell her you should put a sign that says so. The teller tells me I should use the drive through. I am sick with bronchitis and laryngitis so I don't want to be around people. The teller was rude and I can see why this bank as a low rating.

Wrote a check for $370.00 and M&T Bank posts a withdrawal of $1370.00 from checking account. Then M&T Bank tells me it will take 10 days to credit the $1000.00 back to my account. It didn't take the bank 10 days to withdrawal $1000.00 more than what they should have.

I just opened a checking and a saving account here and everyone was very nice. I was needing to change banks after my previous bank of 10 years had changed so much I could no longer stand it. I was surprised at the terms for the accounts, they were very good and had some good benefits.

The hours this branch is open are terrible. They do not open until 9am and then close at 4pm. This makes is impossible for a normal working person to be able to do banking at this branch!

I wish i could give a negative rating but sadly i cant, so i went to the drive thru atm now like an hour ago, and the atm chew the money as well as my debit card inside and just came invalid transaction, i just want to get my $920 back and close my account from this m&t bank THIS BANK SUCKS!
