Bought a truck from these guys last march, as I got home the window got stuck down and would not come back up. After going back and forth for about a week they fixed my window. The next month the passenger window did the same exact thing and I had to pay out of pocket to fix it myself at that. Also when I purchased the truck, they took it to be “inspected” down the street. Turns out they just took stickers off of another vehicle that do not match my vin number and put those on. They also claimed to put new rotors and brakes all the way around the truck in which I am replacing this month. My sensor for low tire pressure has been on since the day I bought it even after leveling all of the wheels. The evap valve is bad and it is stuck with a check engine light on, try putting gas in the thing and it shoots out the gas tank. The transmission kicked and knocked the next day off the lot, turns out there was 0 transmission fluid even in the thing. On top of that, I added the correct amount of trans fluid all for the line to burst and cover my truck in trans fluid. The traction bars rattle, completely missing the bushings that cover the bolt connecting them to the frame. They tried to rig it with some type of hanger ordeal to keep the noise down but now it sounds like my bars want to fall off the truck. The tie rod bushings are so bad on the truck that an alignment won’t even stay put. Not to mention the tires turned out to be dry rotted all the way around. I paid 20k (10k in cash) for this truck and have put over 3k into it since I bought it 11 months ago and that still isn’t enough to be satisfied with the drive. I now have an ABS light on because the entire head, caliper, and brakes are bad. The tailgate seized and would not close upon 1 month of having the truck and I had to replace the bushings and bend the lever inside the gate back into place for it to even open. The top of the tail gate falls off when you open it because everything inside of it was stripped out so I had to replace all the screws and threads for it to stay on. The corner of the bed frame had a brace that connects the side to the back. But that was stripped and just dangling making a terrible rattling sound since I bought it. And to make it even sweeter I have replaced an exhaust brace 3 times and they just snap. I get it’s a used truck but for 90k miles on it, I shouldn’t have to worry about these things at all right now. I would steer away from buying anything from them. I’d like to assume a dealer is legit, but this was a crock of BS and I am stuck with a payment on a truck I can’t even drive right now. The truck most likely will not pass inspection this month. People have kids and families to take care of, and buying a truck from these guys was the worst decision I’ve made in many years. Not to mention it was a 2 hour drive with an hour of traffic on top of that. Overall terrible experience and lesson learned. Never buy from a family owned business and go to a company that you can hold accountable. Now I have to worry about selling this POS and double my payment on something from an actual car dealer.

At first I was pleased with these guys as they seemed very down to earth and straight forward. I purchased a Van from them and the second I drove it off the lot the transmission light came on. Mind you I was given a 30 day warranty with the vehicle also. So, I immediately turned around and informed them something was wrong. They held the van for a few days to figure out the issue and concluded the transmission needed to be replaced. They told me they would handle things with the warranty provider and let me know when it’s ready to be picked up. Fast forward to today, everything is fine, I put a lot of work into the van to make it run better. So I no longer need it and am preparing to sell it. I have people asking me for proof the transmission was replaced. I reached out and they said they had no record on their end of it being replaced. Which I understood, it’s been a year now and sometimes paperwork gets lost or recycled. I then reminded them that this warranty work so maybe the warranty company has record as I am sure they would have record. Ian then informed me that he reached out and they had no record, nor do they. So I asked if I could have the number of the warranty company to call them, to which they replied we will reach out to them and see. It’s been a few days now and no response. I just wanted paperwork for proof for the next owners. Now, I really don’t think they actually replaced it with a new transmission. I think it was a junkyard special and did not honor the warranty provided. So, the van drives great and am happy with it and so will the next owners. However, I would not purchase another vehicle from here based on the premise of their integrity in question. All I asked for was proof of transmission replacement.

I purchased a vehicle from this location 2 weeks ago. Jeff, the nephew and the mechanic Fabián were very on point and pleasant from the purchase to all my questions and concerns. This morning Jeff the owner met with me before he had to go about his business. The mechanic replaced a couple of things and did not mind me staying with him to watch which gave me confident of what he was doing. I am very detailed about everything.I am very happy to have driven 2 hours for the purchase and 2 hours to get the little things fixed. There is a 90 day warranty that if anything went wrong I can return to them. I recommend this place!! God bless

Bought our Jeep at the end of sept 2023. Needs an actuator or something behind the dash. Dropped it there at 9:45am today and didn’t hear anything all day. Called around 4:30-5:00 tonight and asked when it would be finished bc I know they closed soon. My husband was told it wasn’t worked on at all and nothing was fixed that we asked to be fixed. I understand the wrong part was sent but they could have called us and let us know early in the day when they knew the part wasn’t right. Picked it up and left and it’s getting fixed elsewhere. Also noticed the airbags were turned off and they never turned them back on so I have to figure that out too.I want to add that we had them fix our driver side inner door handle and the mechanic drilled too far so now all around the inner door handle are screw holes and it looks terrible. No offer to have it fixed or anything just an oops.

It was refreshing to have had the opportunity to walk into Lauer Bros., parking lot and not be hounded by a sales person. On my second trip to their lot, I bought a vehicle. The price was reasonable and they worked efficiently with the lender to get me in and out without any problems. These guys are a bunch of crooks. They will not even inspect the vehicles they sell you. When I pointed out several deficiencies, They were only willing to have Sensors replace on the exhaust system. They wouldn't even replace the headlight bulb Not just a burnt out bulb, but one that was missing. The gas gauge didn't work. There were codes for the air bag and the exhaust system. I would not ever do business with these crooks ever again.

Jeff and Ian were very courteous efficient and professional with the purchase of our 2005 Dakota. The truck needed state inspection and a couple minor issues that I found on it. We went to get a meal, and they had it ready to go when we returned. They gave us a good deal. They have a great inventory of nice vehicles and we would buy from them again. ?

We bought a 2013 Nissan Ultima for my son's 16th birthday. Lauer Brothers was very easy to work with and was also willing to negotiate. They gave us a year warranty on the car which we appreciated since most dealerships are not willing to do that for an older car. They have been in business a long time and it is easy to see why.

So glad we stopped in! Ian came out in the rain to greet us . Super friendly but not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles we were looking at. We went back the next day and bought the one we wanted. One year warranty included. Solid clean vehicle. Jeff the owner of Lauer Brothers was extremely nice. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends!
