Staff were very friendly at the time of our scheduled appointment!!However, our PCR test results never identified that our required test was PCR (& not Antigen) and our international destination was not happy about accepting our test results! Actually, 2 friends of ours (who tested at same time as us) were actually rejected by the country, and they had to pay for yet ANOTHER PCR test before they were allowed entry!! Just wish that these test results were more specific to type of test performed....

My son needed a negative test to go to concert. I was skeptical but had no other option. To my surprise, place was very clean,We went Wednesday and we were only customer, women who took test was pleasant and most important it was accepted at concert venue in Reading. Price was exactly as advertised. They should post indoor photo of facility.
