Incredibly hard to work with. He will ghost you for days, weeks, and even months at a time. Jim TOTALLY SCREWED ME. He was unprofessional and completely rude. Be warned, he will completely ignore your attempts to contact him. I will leave details off of a public forum but consider this a warning.

I would recommend not using this agency when there are so many other Allstate agents in the area. Very poor customer service it takes several calls and emails to make updates or changes. My last change had to be done by another agent in the area and I still have mot heard back from thus agent.

Jim will help you get the quote you want for your house, car, boat, etc.
I think my insurance costs are very reasonable for the coverage I need, but Jim will find the correct package to cater to your needs.
Best of all, he can play guitar and sing... how many insurance agents can do that... I ask you?
