Martin's flooring did an amazing job on my lvp flooring...My sales rep Deb Sipe was great...She was very knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and made the whole process go smooth...The install team arrived promptly on installation day and I was very pleased with their workmanship...I will definitely contact Deb again in the near future to purchase new flooring for the rest of my home!

Great experience all around! Brian was super helpful making suggestions and helping us find various options that could work for our vision without making things overwhelming. Responses were always very quick and he always had time to make changes due to our various questions. The installer was fantastic and the end product looks great! We are super happy!

They are advertising special financing. We went to store and talked it through, had an estimator come to house. All is well. Went back to store to confirm deal and applied for the 36 month no finance option. The "quick" application denied us credit. My credit score is in the low 800's. I questioned the sales rep. She said it's been happening to many people. I waited until email came and Synchrony bank gave the reason for being denied was "high risk source of application". That means there's a problem with the system at Martin's Flooring. I called sales rep. and explained the situation. She suggested I had identity theft or too much credit use. Nothing even close to that! She gave me a link to try from home since they were having problems at the store. I tried at home and was denied again because I applied too soon after being denied. The sales rep. should've known that and told me to wait. So I emailed sales rep. and haven't heard anything back. I haven't been denied credit for over 40 years. Just isn't right. Frustrated.

My uncle that co-owns Knier Bros (and regularly works with Martins) recommended Martins when we originally asked him if he could assist with our needs (but was too booked up to do so at the time).
Stephanie Colburn, the salesperson/design consultant we initially worked with, was knowledgeable, pleasant, polite, honest, responsive and provided outstanding service all around. She listened to our needs while carefully considering our situation and budget and did an exceptional job finding ways to meet those needs while maintaining a very comfortable, pressure-free dynamic. Thank you, Stephanie!
UPDATE: Following the installation of the carpet on the stairs, we noticed some MINOR issues where the carpeting had not been properly fastened against the edges of baseboards in a few spots (the original installers that came to perform the work were very friendly, polite and diligent with their work - I just want to stress that the issues were very minor and this is in no way a knock on Martin's installers by any means). A few days after we reached out, a different installer, Kevin Amos, contacted me to set up an appointment and ended up coming that same day to address the concerns. Kevin was outstanding in all regards, just like everyone we've worked with in any capacity at Martins - we walked through and identified the areas of concern, and he readily/meticulously addressed those areas. He then walked me through again to make sure I was satisfied with the final result (which I was). Thank you, Kevin!
I HIGHLY recommend Martins Flooring. As someone that manages in the manufacturing space, a company can only be as good as the people that comprise and represent it. Martins not only offers great value and variety, but they seem to be made up of a team of honest, skilled, and high-character folks. I HIGHLY recommend working with Martins for any flooring needs.

I have had a wonderful experience w Martin's Flooring for my new addition of shutters for large window in LR. I did not know they did window treatments my referral was word of mouth . The ENTIRE process was seamless, and I am thrilled!
Stephanie Colburn my consultant, and Ed the Installer were on time and professional . Stefanie informed me of options to make an informed decision.
Ed worked diligently and when he left, not a speck of debris.
Several people who saw the completed project had no idea your company did window treatments, as myself previously so the only suggestion I have is increased marketing .
