Paid $17 for the ultimate plus package. This is supposed to include a tire shine and wax. Total scam. Car still had dirt, marks, smudges, and the brushes caused scratches and smacked my side mirrors around. Save your money and wash somewhere else.
EDIT: Their response claims they don't offer it. But it's clearly shown on the purchasing option that it's part of the ultimate plus package. It's also shown on their website.

So apparently according to the owner they dont clean the dirt out of the bed of your pickups.... what a joke... negative stars if i could.... Don't come here with a pickup truck, they won't spray out your truck bed, even when you ask them and it will spread crap everywhere, 2nd time this happened, won't be returning, much better car washes in the area

Once you get used to the advantage of each choice on the board, it works better than I have been getting with a drive thru wash. Only downside (totally minor) is that undercarriage wash is not available in the manual wash area. Very convenient traffic flow in and out.

Nice car wash, was passing through the area and was looking for one with a tunnel and this was the best option for many miles! I would recommend them.

My car was not going through in the beginning when first getting in and got stuck. (Or something) I was told I would be getting reimbursed and have yet to see that reimbursement show up in my account. My card, name or number wasn’t even asked of. If my car wasn’t washed, why would I not get my money back?
