Everyone is always super nice and friendly! The service team is knowledgeable and since I usually wait for my car to get serviced, they work as quickly as they can to get me in and out. Always very professional!

I was left in the dark for almost 2 weeks about the status of my truck. Had to reach out for information. I was ignored by service staff until I made contact with sales rep and owner then things got done. Came in for 4 tires oil change and alignment wound up having my rack break during process. Was given a loan car then ignored. Sad turn of events. I must add Mr Hawkins did come in to the situation and correct it that I finally got my truck back. Thank you
Now I will be back for service in the future.

I’ve worked with Tyler Brent in the service department multiple times, he does outstanding work. The service department as a whole is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also military friendly which is a plus too!

I just spoke with Chris who is the service manager. He provided valuable information with regard to future service on a vehicle that may be purchased from another dealership. If I purchase said vehicle I will definitely have his service dept perform all warranty work as well as general maintenance items. I appreciate his knowledge and kindness.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! We drove over an hour and a half to work with Hawkins Chevrolet. Derrick made the process extremely easy and efficient. Finance department clearly explained some of the additional options available but was not pushy. Everyone was extremely professional. Thank you to the Hawkins team!!

over charging for oil changes and fuel filter. Didn't reset fuel filter, called in and asked about that they said someone would call me back, never received a call back ended up taking to another dealer to get fuel filter reset. Hawkins has lost all my business for all my vehicles,

Was led on about a vehicle for months, bought a different one eventually. The inside STINKS even though they promised to ozone it. Whenever I need service they have to reschedule me 9 times. (Not an exaggeration) They give you a hard time about courtesy cars but will offer to drive you to work, however my husband works an hour away so they refuse both.... It's funny because I bought two cars within 48 hours of each-other..One at Hawkins and one at W&L and the level of service I get at W&L FAR SURPASSES.

You could improve on a lot of aspects the check in process. is over the top I thought with all the picture taking and signing of papers this getting away from the personalized service I always liked about Hawkins Chevrolet the person receiving my truck verified my home phone number as I don't get cell service where I live and when I didn't get a phone call by the end of the day I called them and they had to check to see if it was done and guess what it was done and they said they called and talked to my wife I am not married and no one else was home because I work 3rd shift and the phone was with me if you forgot to call admit it......... I will respect you more. and after I picked up my truck from the service I wanted done I went through and checked the settings they never reset the tpms sensors and now the tires are over inflated the fronts are supposed to be 59psi and they are now 74psi the rears are ok they are at 71 and they are supposed to be at 70 also Whoever you had work on the safety recall on my 2023 Sierra tailgate you better have someone show them up from down they put my muti-pro tailgate panel on upside down I took it off and reinstalled it the right way someone should show them how to do this before they do this to someone unsuspecting person that can't figure out how to unlatch the inside tailgate being upside down you can't do itI guess if I want the personalized experience I will be looking someplace else !!!!!!!

Do not take your truck here to have fixed under warranty my truck has been there for 3 weeks and still have not looked at it and was told there not going to work on it till they get the one they are doing a motor on it doesnt take 3 weeks to do a motor on one car i will never go back

Mike treated me very well. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. He did not waste my or his time trying to get me to purchase something I did not want or could afford. He even got me accepted for a discount due to being an LPN, set my phone and car up together and took his time explaining all the features and how to use them. I was so happy that he was there on Monday because he sold my husband a new truck last year and my husband was very pleased with the service also. I came home with the perfect suv for me and my wallet!
