Owner-operated. Fair selection of merchandise. Marine repairs are available with very highly-qualified mechanics. Knowledge of staff has gone a little downhill since the passing of a family member. Pretty much a monopoly on marine facilities in the area.

If I could leave a -1000 star I would. Very unprofessional and rushy. They ordered me a prop and never called to say it was there for pick up so that was a a whole run around. When I had called back politely to say there was a mess up they would not give me my prop number to cross reference and literally hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another person who also gave me the run around and would not give me the number saying they’re to busy yet they can sit there and literally bicker with me which takes more time than just giving me the number. Will never do business here again nor would I recommend to anyone. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SUCH A POORLY RUN COMPANY.

They may be old school as far as how they run their business, but you will NOT find more knowledgable boat/small engine techs anywhere. Highly recommend.
