Absolute worst pharmacy! Never get the same answer from any of the staff. I think they just pick random people off the street with zero training. This last experience was it for me. My cousin who is bed ridden needed antibiotics for a UTI from hospital on Friday. Prescription called in to Mat’s. Multiple phone calls later because it still hadn’t been delivered by Monday Nicole says it will be delivered today.. Sorry.. yada yada yada.Delivery guy calls me @ 3:08 he is at the door with medication and says there is a $1.00 copay. I said okay there is a credit card on file there is an aid with my cousin. Okay fine.. Guess what?!? He leaves with the medicine!! Never even called the pharmacy and confirmed! It should have been settled before he left. Not to mention that said credit card is billed and we get thousands of dollars in equipment and medication a month from Mat’s for months!! My cousin is now day 4 without the antibiotics and blood started coming out in his urine. Nicole said this morning when I flipped … sorry! Not to mention in the beginning with this pharmacy they didn’t give my cousin a feeding machine knowing that’s the only form of nutrition he gets. Thank God I could pay out of pocket while they drug their feet for 8 days getting it approved from insurance! Don’t bother asking for help from Kathy the manager it’s a waste of time.Long story short find another pharmacy#Mat’spharmacysucks

After calling multiple times and was told to come up with my prescription they don't take united healthcare. So if you have united healthcare don't bother.

I've had the displeasure of having to deal with this company. My mother needed a hospital bed and the health care agency ordered her bed from this pharmacy. The other day my mom no longer needed their bed so I called to let them know and I had the misfortune of dealing with 2 of the most ignorant women that exist. They're names are Danielle and Marissa. I reported them to the manager Kathy but that isn't good enough for me. Anyone that's dealing with this pharmacy needs to be aware of their terrible customer serviceGDOliver Philadelphia, pa

really going down-hill. We ran out my son's tube feeds because they weren't on top of getting preauthorizations completed in a timely manner. I never had these issues in the past and now we are having issues with the teams not being on the ball.

Were regulars of CVS but they couldn't get my sons medicine called Mat's from the first call till the time it was filled was an amazing experience wewill be using them from now on

I wouldn't give any stars I'd that was a possibility!! They do not call you back, they are rude, and everything they supposedly send to you gets lost!!!

Well I went to Mat's to order a Walking boot on July 7, they told me I will expect a phone call to try the boot, they need to call the office. My surgery is scheduled on July 27. So on July 21, nothing jet...the past week, and that day keep calling and calling no answer and nobody returns my call.

Staff and pharmacist are always nice, and resourceful. Fast fill for medicine, they will also deliver your medicine per your request.

Came in today to get items for a family member coming out of rehab after a month long stay. We had little to no notice about her going home. We needed many things. Referred to Matt's by a friend. Went there and got everything we needed. Staff we're wonderful.
