Really, I wish every customer facing experience was this good.Details...so a company that sounds a lot like "hurts" left me high and dry a day and half before I was due to pick up. I called up Enterprise Car rental and asked if they had anything. "Just a short bed pick-up but call our truck rental location if you want something bigger."I didn't know Enterprise did trucks but they do...everything from Cargo vans to moving size trucks apparently. Anyway, I called and spoke with Grant. He told me nothing was available but he would check around to see what he could find. 7:15 the next morning, Grant calls me back and told me he has a 12 foot truck he can get onsite for me.The truck was perfect for what I ultimately needed. It was comfortable, clean and actually kinda fun to drive.When I dropped off the truck this morning, I was a few minutes late. Grant told me not to worry about it. So in relating my experience with his colleague (manager?) at the desk, I come to find Grant has only been at this location for a week or so....meaning I was probably one of his first, crisis calls.I can't speak highly enough about these guys. Whenever I need a truck from here on out...no more "Hurts" or even "you-hall." I'm coming straight to this location. They're awesome!”
“Great mechanic quick service to simple things, wish they would hire a person to pump fuel. For those that cpm or lease operators time is everything. But overall great stop. 20 min wait for fuel.”

Im sorry for your bad experience but i have never talked to you but if i had talked to you i would have told you that its 79 cents per mile weekdays 99 cents weekends and no free miles no one gets free milage also one way rentals cost more it doubles in price and you get charged more for dropping a truck off at a different location! Also all truck sizes vary in prices ranging from 19.95 to 39.95 per day and that does not include taxes so do not discriminate our location for bad info you had received from some other uhaul location”

“No issues with booking the Uhaul 15 foot truck. The price quoted online was very close to what I ended up being charged! Be sure to have your hand trucks, furniture dollies, padding blankets and tie straps ready or you will be faced with wasting time and using too much of your muscles and body to get your items moved! Recommend!”
