I have been a member here for a few years and I cannot give this YMCA a 5 star review, unfortunately, for a list of reasons. Once, I found my child wandering in the parking lot after being released from a workshop without myself or my husband checking him out. Another time, I was illegally told to cover up while breastfeeding my 3 month old infant in the pool area. We've been turned away many times from utilizing the indoor playground area when it should be open due to their understaffing issues. In the aftermath of COVID circa 2021, my 3 year old, at the time, was personally harassed by Kathy Hensler regarding mask/face shield wearing constantly when we were in the facility. We later learned that she spoke unkindly about our family regarding this to her co-workers from friends at church. Overall, these experiences have unfortunately shaped my view of this Y and have reflected poorly on the integrity of the Y's values. As I write this, I'm still paying $100 a month and giving a couple stars because it's not all bad. For example, Mrs. Anita's swimming instruction has been wonderful and worthwhile. The Sumer/fall festivals for families are nice. There is a Christmas event each year for families that is enjoyable too. I've participated in blood drives here that I know benefit the community. Something I would like to see are some programs for mothers who stay at home with their children. Most of the programs Target working parents/kids in daycare, etc. I wish there were more offerings for littles that would be available in the morning hours through the week. The past few seasons I've noticed a "Rosie's club" program offering that's the closest thing I've seen to this but it's only on Fridays and takes place too late in the morning for our family to take advantage of.

Been a member of the Y for past 2 yrs. The location is extremely convenient and the daycare is the main reason we joined. Over the past few months we’ve noticed some negligence with our 21 month old in daycare, eating crayons, getting into the potty area, not being offered water etc. last night she fell from a rocking chair and hit her head and face and was required to get X-rays at the ER. The video was reviewed and the elderly woman working simply was not watching her. Thank God she is okay, but that child care is not recommended to parents with little busy babes that need to be looked after.

Services have deteriorated post Covid, no customer service. Dale at front desk is rude doesn’t respond to complains/fix broken things. Don’t even think of going into BRAND NEW SAUNA .. they don’t want you to use it. The lifeguards are more concerned about Sauna users than kids swimming in pool.

Gym had no pec deck machine and all the equipment is very worn out if your looking for a gym for weightlifting/body building there are much better options out there the only decent part about the gym was the leg machine equipment. If you want a place that offers a pool and basketball court with a mediocre gym look no further.

This YMCA location is a staple of health and wellness in the Cranberry Township community. This facility has an incredible outdoor playground area. The bat glider is amazing. There is an outdoor track, indoor track, steam sauna, and dry sauna. There is also a free outdoor little library book box. Indoor cycling room, workout gym area, basketball, fitness classrooms, and volleyball courts. Their indoor swimming area is incredible. There’s a hot tub, warm pool, kids water park, and lap lane swimming pool. Make sure to check the pool schedule. The Rose E. Schneider family YMCA is one of the best YMCA facilities we’ve ever visited. Rooted in God and faith they’re committed to both individual and family oriented wellness - mind, body, and spirit.

Very nice facility with basketball courts and a variety of pools. They offer many exercise classes. Nice walking / running track outside. Pricey membership.

I do not have a membership here considering I live an hour away but, I've brought clients here and it's so very impressive. I love that they have healthy options in the vending machines. The swimming area is amazing!

Everyone is helpful. I don't think I've ever seen anyone in a bad mood, which I don't know how that's even possible. Great staff and great experiences here.GO RESY!

Weight room has two Hammer Strength power racks, plus Rogue power bars. Didn't have any trouble waiting for a rack.
