“It's a pretty small state store (shows my age), but the employees are very friendly and helpful. One thing that many people don't know (at least I didn't) is that you can order online (if they don't have what you want) and have it delivered directly to the store for a very nominal fee. You can actually have it delivered directly to your home for a few dollars more. I've done both and love the flexibility.”

“I've been a customer for a couple of years now and have always been impressed with the wide selection of wines and the excellent customer service. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful, and they're always willing to make recommendations based on my taste and budget. I've also found the prices to be very reasonable.I also appreciate the fact that you have plenty of parking and the store is well maintained.”

“This place has undergone a complete overhaul this past year and it is now my favorite. The new owner is so knowledgable about beer and is so friendly and customer focused. It's a good place and the best little beer stop you'll find.”

“It is great to have a resource in Pennsylvania that understands and know spirits and wines and the history of the fine beverage industry. Always A1 professionalism, no matter what location you go to.”

“Nice store, well stocked, with a nice selection. That being said I honestly don't drink much. My wife and I grab a bottle of wine every couple months. It would be really cool if you would offer some wine samples to try different wines once in while. We always hem and haw about which wine to buy.”

“10.1 / 10. Great selection and staff recommendations are at worst solid across the board. Get to know everybody for sure and they'll give you solid heads-up.”

“I was able to find the various wines I wanted.I always look for the coffee/Java flavored moonshine and never see it. That's my only complaint. I found it once years ago and never again.Other than that, the store is plenty well stocked.”

“I stopped by here looking for some Dancing Gnome on 11/4 around 4:30 and the clerk was super helpful. They didn’t have much in stock but it sounds like the brewery doesn’t send much out to local distributors. He offered me a cardboard box to help carry them to my car and even opened the door for me! Please give him a raise ?”

“Hands down the best FWGS store! The employees are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable the manager is one of the nicest employees I’ve encountered! Will drive past 3 FWGS to shop at this one because it’s such a great store”

“This place has a huge selection! Even on imports. I purchased the equipment to convert my tap system to Guinness (not from here). I needed the "Guinness gas (75% nitrogen 25% CO2)"and figured I'd call and see if they sold such a thing. The person who answered was extremely helpful. He said they usually keep a few of those tanks in stock. I also asked if he had any Guinness barrels in stock. He went and checked for me (they did). So when I went there to get the barrel and the tank it was already pulled and ready to go! Great place and good prices.”

“Can’t say enough positive things about Perry Beer and Tobacco and the people that work there. I contacted them a few weeks ago when my fiancé and I were in a bind to have cold beer (multiple kegs and several cases) delivered to our wedding venue on the day of. They quickly replied informing me that they actually didn’t deliver, but the one employee Nick said he understood my situation and would personally see that they would make it happen, even tho they don’t actually have deliver service just yet. Over the course of a few weeks, he was very communicative with me as we worked out all the details on how to make the delivery to Nova Place on the North Side. They were super prompt and had everything there and ice cold at the exact right time before the reception! Without their excellent service and commitment, our wedding wouldn’t have been the success that it was. My wife and I are extremely grateful for Nick and the entire team at Perry Beer! Check this place out- you won’t be disappointed!”

“As I get older it seems like I visit the liquor store more and more! LOL. My favorite wine and spirits store is this one in McIntyre Square. They are always well stocked, and they seem to have the most chairman select options on sale there. From my wife's box wine to my choice of Jack Daniels they have it here. Like the Village Of Pine location, they used to have wine tasting times but since covid I don't think they've brought that back. However, this location I recommend for all your liquor purchasing needs”

“This store has a nice staff that will try to help you the best they can. This is a small store that has your most basic wine & spirits. It is state owned as are all Pennsylvania FWGSs. This is your basic FWGS, that carries your most common found products. If you are looking for niche wines & spirits, this is not your store. If looking for niche products, then go to The Premium FWGS stores in Cranberry or Sewickley. The store in Baden is a great choice when you need your basic stuff. It is basically a convenience store for booze. It stocks most of your common iconic brands for the most common wine & spirits categories. Their hours are 11:00AM - 7:00PM Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays. Give them a try, they will be glad to help you.”

“The employee working there was very helpful & kind (Ed)... we had a nice conversation, & he answered all of my questions about a beer that I was buying for a friend. It was much nicer doing business there, vs Giant Eagle or a larger distributor. I highly recommend this nice local family owned business...”

“Good selection, fair prices. They carry Claushaler non-alcoholic which is probably the only non-alc I'd consider drinking if I had to. Yuengling is cheap to get here vs some other places in the area.”

“They have a fairly large selection for the size of the place and their walk-in cooler is massive. I would never have stopped in if not for my friend who works there, glad I followed his suggestion, shout out to Levi.”
