I have been with Huntington Bank for years, and I haven't had an issue. Frankly, it's what you want in a bank and you don't have any shady things going on, some banks have practices that risk financial harm, but not Huntington. The employees are also very consistent with their friendly demeanor and are knowledgeable. The hours are good.

Had to get two documents notarized and after seeing reviews I was alittle skeptical but Tyler was a great guy and very helpful. Thankful to be a member of huntington!

I HIGHLY recommend you to NOT use this bank, very incompetent bank. Do not use Scott or Ryan. They lie and have 0 customer service and every time you walk through the door they try getting you to apply for this or that. I have had not just one, but several bad experiences from this bank. If I could give this bank and branch 0 stars I would have. Save your time AND money and use a real bank.

I had an issue with a deposit I made on the Cranberry Huntington drive through ATM and a big headache that came with it - however I am leaving 5 starts because Jacob who works at the Cranberry branch was incredibly helpful and kind. He followed up with me quickly and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thanks Jacob!

Huntington is the best bank I've ever had and I love visiting the Cranberry branch. They've helped my family with car loans, mortgages, refinances and more. There app is amazing and I love their products. Way better than every other bank that has tried to charge me for breathing.

same story as every one else, bait and switch. I asked about 20 times if there is a fee if I take money out of this account? I kept hearing no but when I closed it i mysteriously got 50$ in fees. Then after I close it they send me an email making sure i closed it but when i was getting charged fees i never received a call/text/email. I thought PNC was bad but this is borderline criminal.

Friendly tellers, but the bank itself is a joke. I have about a dozen businesses. I only moved them to Huntington because they did a "bait and switch" where they offered me several services for free... but then once I was fully moved started to charge me for them. Since it is a headache to change banks again, I stuck it out for many years. During that time I endured:

Went to open an additional account. Waited 30 minutes to be told they can't help me and to come back. Ummmmmmmmm maybe I could have been told before I waited that whole time. My time is valuable.

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with!!! They put a 7 day hold on my payroll check. Claimed it was Citizens bank that was the problem. I accepted the situation until they put a 7 day hold on my payroll check again. Customer service claimed the company I worked for was to blame. I went into the branch office and had no resolve. Was lied to by the representative that I had a deposit issue in April. Absolute lie. I have NEVER had one of my deposits get returned, EVER. Then he claimed Citizens bank was to blame. I went to citizens and opened an account. I asked them to check to see if they had a hold on my check. I was told that Citizens bank had cleared and released the funds. Also talked to an ex Huntington employee that said she quit because of how crooked that bank is. I brought all this up again with Huntington and they still stuck to their lies. Stuttering on the phone while lying to me. I told them that I heard the branch manager could clear the check and was told he was conveniently on vacation. Going to close the account as soon as the check clears. Stay away from this bank!!!!
