Pump worked, lots to choose from inside café. And there were two real clerks unlike the “Red” gas station staffs. I’ll always feel a certain way about these coffee dispensers. It’s an inconvenience to wait that long for 12 ozs of coffee. Now my cars at the pump longer than it needs to be.

GetGo is a local chain of gas stations and convenience stores. My husband and I occasionally refill our vehicle here, and we have experienced no problems with the gas pumps or prices. We like that we can receive discounts when we use our Giant Eagle rewards program. The convenience store offers off-the-shelf and made-to-order foods and beverages. A car wash is also available, although I have never used it.

The sandwiches here used to be great but the last two I’ve had in the last two weeks have been 70% dressing and a tiny fraction of the meat you used to get only a month ago. Either a new directive from on high or a new manager or just bad employees has spoiled the sandwiches. Very disappointed.

It's not hard for a gas station to get five stars, just have pumps that function as intended. I don't need ads when I pump gas, I just need to pump gas. Had I not been desperate, I'd have left and gone elsewhere.

The GetGo manager Tommy is the best guy. He is very polite and hard working. On the other side there is a car wash. I got my car washed 3 days ago. You know what it did a great job. I also recommend everyone to get their cars washed there as well. Nice place for everything.

I live a bit further south, but was driving through Cranberry and could use a bit of gas. I tend to go to Get-Go for most of my gas due to the number of locations they have and primarily because the prices seem to be the most reasonable if you use Advantage Pay. This simple membership gets you up to 30¢ off per gallon! Today it was $3.10, various other stations have had gas at $3.5-3.8 so this was a must-stop situation! My new Toyota Corolla is great on gas so I only stop about every 3 weeks, however I couldn't pas this opportunity up. May not seem like much, but it saves me about $4 per fill up. Plus you can redeem your points from Giant Eagle stops to their stores and pharmacies. While I didn't stop inside I have been to other Get-Go locations and they're largely the same. Always plenty of spots and free air which you can't beat.

Cashier with glasses I didn’t get her name but denied me and I’m 21 years old, she didn’t even scan my id and looked at it for 2 seconds and told me she can’t sell me the alcohol. Her rude manager was right next to her and told me that she has the right to deny even though I’m of age which was obviously just discriminating me. I still have a top to bottom ID so obviously it wasn’t fake but I guess they don’t want business. Don’t come here unless you want bad food, horrible service, and rude employees who could care less about customer service.

The waffle fries container is a joke. It's 8 fries total, maybe..The main cashier here uses the restroom, doesn't wash his hands at all, let alone use soap and water, and then goes right back to operating the cash register and selling products. I watched the whole thing happen in front of me when I was there.Incredibly disrespectful toward paying customers and the collective health of people. I'll never go to another GetGo again and will always remember this.

As is typical with GetGo/Giant Eagle, the prices are always much higher than most of not all other options. I stopped in to buy a pint of Turners Iced Tea. I've never paid more than $0.99. At GetGo the price is $1.59. That is over 60% higher than any where else. Giant Eagle continues to taken hundreds of millions of dollars out of the pockets of people in the markets where they operate. They spend so much on advertising, the media will not report this information so they are complicit.

Right now as of the writing of this review the price of fuel here is at last 40 cents cheaper than the locations on 19 in cranberry, at 3.40. With advantage pay it is 2.999. Get your fuel here if it is convenient for you.
