Carshop in Cranberry Twp, PA has always provided the best and highest level of service. We’ve bought 5 cars there over a 12 year span, and referred friends and family members to buy cars there as well. Their service department is also great to work with. Every one of our vehicles are serviced there as needed, and their warranty programs are hassle free and a tremendous value!
We will be buying future vehicles there again!

I can not recommend Car shop Cranberry, PA. I have very bad experience with them. They are very rude , liars and unprofessional (Michael Drisco and Andrew) .I was going to buy 2018 GX 460, they asked me to provide many times copy of DL my sons then copy of my DL and insurance.It was continued around 10 days . Lot of time they didn’t respond me and finally they sold the car for somebody else

Paid over $30K for a used vehicle and it came with a gas tank 1/4 full. On top of that it was missing a key fob so I have to go to the dealer on my own time, pay for a new key fob and get reimbursed.

I had an appointment to look at a vehicle. The vehicle was sold the day before my appointment. I live an hour away from the business, which i made the consultant aware of and the sales consultant did not have the courtesy to contact me so I did not drive out there to see a vehicle that was no longer available. Word of advice to future customers...call them before you leave to ensure your time is not wasted, like mine was. This was my first experience with Carshop and it was not a good one. I will look for a vehicle elsewhere. The reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 was that I spoke with a salesperson at a different location named Tanner and he was courteous and helpful.

I had a great experience buying a vehicle at CarShop! My salesperson Jamie made the whole experience seamless and stress free, from the test drive to evaluating my trade-in and helping me get the best interest rate as well as a great warranty on the car I was buying. I usually hate going to a dealership to buy a car. This experience was so much better!

Jim Snow was great. Very knowledgeable and straightforward. Brakes on vehicle were worn and he gave us an IOU for new breaks at their service center!
