The gals at the rental car department, Ashley and Victoria, and Jose, service center manager, are awesome! They were helpful and compassionate with all of my needs and did everything they could do to accommodate me! I have nothing but fabulous things to say about all of them! I am VERY critical as I am a district manager and extremely customer service oriented, and this crew went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in my time of need. I would highly recommend Matthew's car rentals or not only a car rental but also their service center.

bought my car in october, wouldn't pass this years inspection one reason I knew about the tint but it needed all new tires. needed front breaks, also needed rear breaks just a few months after.. the cars stalled out on me I had it towed found out a sensor went bad. The battery needed to be changed it was so bad it had my car lights in the dash doing weird things.. I had it checked they said that battery's been on its last limb for a long time. long story short bought the car for 23,000$ 25,000$ after taxes (trade in now is 14-17,000) and I thought it was a little high they showed me where they got the numbers ok no problem however.. they put I lived in pa then fixed it on the computers when I called about my title not coming in then I re call and they said their computer shows NY so now it's my problem to get ahold of the DMV and for only having this car for 8 month... I've had to put 2,500$ into it. just make sure to double check tires and possibly have someone else look at the functions and battery because they didn't seem to care when I called about the tires or anything else.. I love my car it was a fast easy purchase.. but this is the worst experience I've ever had owning a used car for less than a year.

Honestly if I could rate zero stars I would. Coming from someone previously in the car business, this was the most unprofessional "car dealership" I've ever stepped foot in. As soon as I got there I test drive the car I wanted to buy, thought oh wow that was fast. Get back, and my salesman sat me down in a corner and left me there for almost 3 hours, I talked to him maybe a total of 5 minutes!! Meanwhile he was handling other customers who came in after me. I was already approved for my loan 3 days prior so why would they have me sit there for that long when all I had to do was sign some papers?? Then the finance lady came out and was surprised with my attitude that I had, as if I didn't just sit there for 3 hours with my 6 month old. Come on lady! I understand things get busy but they didn't sell a single car from the time I got there until the time I left so there was no reason I should've been there any longer than an hour. A complete joke! Take your business elsewhere if you want to buy a car!

I bought a vehicle here and 3 weeks later started having problems with it. Even though it was inspected before it was sold to me (and it was issues that wouldn’t pass inspection) the service dept and sales manager refused to make it right and pay for the repairs. Buyer beware. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

If you want amazing service, a great price, and an all around super car rental, see Matthews Motor Company in Covington, PA. They beat the local competition hands down IN EVERY WAY!!!
